No cattle prod for McCain on that one!

Curious has Ron Paul ever said anything on HOW he would do anything? Just read thru his positions on his website. He seems merely to take a collection of Talk Radio slogans and repeat them. He doesnt list any SOLUTIONS he would implement as President, merely string together a bunch of slogans.
The solution for RP is to say "No". He's very good at it, very consistent record. He also likes to explain why it's morally wrong and contrary to the Constitution to oppose his interpretation.
RP is a fun-loving guy for someone who's called "Dr. No".

Brownback is going to solve it all.....tomorrow. With a 3 point plan. All of them think we are deeply, profoundly stupid.
Maybe they're right.

The request was to introduce themselves. Blitzer gave an example “I’m Wolf Blitzer from CNN”.
Rudy said (rough quote): “I’m Rudy Giuliani. I like the motto of this state, ‘live free or die.” I think it’s a good motto for our country.”
No mention of mayor... not NYC... no nothing. Just the beginning of the fear-mongering message, I assume.
(Still looking for McCain)

CNN really is going all out on these guys. Would not surprise me if someone walks out.At least they would have faced CNN rather than never to have faced Fox and run away.

Curious they are not on his website. From his website. On Border Security and Immigration Reform. These are all slogans, not a plan of action. So what will he DO?
http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/border-security-and-immigration-reform/
The talk must stop. We must secure our borders now. A nation without secure borders is no nation at all. It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left unlocked. This is my six point plan:
* Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.
* Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.
* No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. Thats a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
* No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.
* End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.
* Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods.
