"The Democratic debate will air live on CNN at 7 p.m. ET tonight."
"All the candidates -- except Hillary Clinton -- have to try to shake up this race," he said. "They need to say something that gets Democrats to look at them fresh and say, 'Well now isn't that interesting? I didn't know that about this candidate.'

exactly. Biden said something about himself or all of them, or ‘we’ as a country, needing to end the war and I yelled at him...no, we need to WIN the war. Buffoons all of them to say the least.
Clinton says if we make it an official language it would stop hospitals from providing translators?
I would be willing to let hospitals allow for translators because of the tourism industry, but that is it. Everything else in English!!!!!
She may have said it would prevent the government from paying for translators in the hospitals, but she did bring up translators in hospitals for sick and dying people as a reason not to make it official. I’d have to look at a transcript to give an exact quote...
She also said that making English the official language would prevent ballots from being printed in anything other than English. Someone pointed out to me that this is a moot point as people, by law, are allowed to bring translators with them into the voting booths already.
One thing that has bothered me is that we have found WMD (maybe not in the quantities to satisfy the Dems, but we found some nonetheless), and our soldiers talk about it as well...
Here’s a link to illustrate what I mean (and it’s on MSNBC no less):
‘For God & Country’: A sniper’s story
Dec. 11, 2006

[snip]
Doc Block: If you had to pick one, what is the one thing the American public doesnt understand about Iraq?
Orth: That there were WMD and the people talk about them all the time.
[snip]
I assume when he talks about ‘the people’ he means the Iraqis, but it’s not that clear. At any rate, it’s not like the reporter used a follow-up question on the subject. (Go figure...).
That's what I thought too--he's going to take a 100 day vacation and see the world.
LOL:) Great pic.
I would have paid money for Wolf to ask:
First, raise your hand if you think we have failed in Iraq?
Second, what is your plan for victory in Iraq?
(As in strategies besides leaving)
That would have done it.
P.S. Of course two would’ve piggybacked on Biden’s partition and leave, and the rest would have blamed W for not putting enough troops in... even though they were against it after they were for it.
This Iraq/WMD talk which is still upsetting the NY Times, began in 1998.
In 1998, Bill Clinton said we had intelligence that showed Iraq was making WMD ... Maddie Albright agreed: Iraq is a long way from [here], but what happens there matters a great deal here ... [as did] Levin, Kerry, Tom Daschle, and others “... take necessary actions ...”, Oct. 9, 1998 ... Berger, “He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times since 1983., and Pelosi, ... the price of inaction ... Saddam ... will develop weapons of mass destruction... and he will use them.

Pretty clear to me. The Demodogs and other surrender puppies want to talk talk talk ... and do NOTHING but criticize. That’s how we got here to begin with. It is also why they didn’t take actions to shut down AlQ after WTC-1993 bombing. That’s why they continue to want to talk.
Thanks for all your talk, libidiots.
LOL
I didn’t know this was on, so I missed it. But I knew this morning it went badly. The radio newscaster said something dismissive then introduced one of those ubiquitious college-professor commentators. He immediately began to whine saying that these formats were bad, that they were too early and people weren’t interested and that too many people were on the stage. I couldn’t help but note the difference in that remark and remarks following the Republican debates, which focused on the good and informative performances.
On the serious side...
Hillary Clinton talks about her vote to go to war, Saddam, and WMDs 2 weeks before war in a meeting with Code Pink in March 2003. (Serious brown bag warning)

LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!
Greetings Miss Didi:
Hmmm. Slick Willie and the Breck girl are self-centered panderers, concerned only about the outcome of their grossly overpriced haircuts. Immagine what demographic might be impressed by such nonsense?
Perhaps the Mr. Luntz focus group consists of “metrosexuals” squeezing their little thingies whenever they got excited about Slick Willie or the Breck girl.
Cheers,
OLA
I didn’t know the KGB had entered a DUmocrat candidate....

Maybe she can find Daschels old stool.
Bill Richardson thinks that having a cross in your pocket “brings you good luck”. I’m waiting with great anticipation for the next gem of deep doctrinal truth to leave his lips.
