Clinton says if we make it an official language it would stop hospitals from providing translators? As far as ballots are concerned, why are ballots being printed in languages besides English in the first place? Only citizens can vote, right, then the argument Obama made saying everyone here will learn English can’t be right either? Do they have ballots printed in EVERY language, or just some?

Hillary doesn’t want English as the official language of the USA because then we won’t be able to have ballots in foreign languages. Why is somebody allowed to vote if they can’t read English? Isn’t English proficiency a requirement for becoming a citizen who can vote?
