"The Democratic debate will air live on CNN at 7 p.m. ET tonight."
"All the candidates -- except Hillary Clinton -- have to try to shake up this race," he said. "They need to say something that gets Democrats to look at them fresh and say, 'Well now isn't that interesting? I didn't know that about this candidate.'

it doesn’t matter to some people here what they say, because if Rudy gets the GOP nod, some of them are going to stay home and get the Dem elected.
Rudy had little chance of getting it anyway.
Columnist/author arrested in spin room(Eric Alterman of The Nation)
************************EXCERPT**************************
He was asked by police seven times to leave, and police say he became increasingly loud as he refused. After ignoring a final request, police say he was handcuffed and taken from the building. He is charged with criminal trespass, and a bail commissioner will determine if he will be released.
Alterman writes a column for The Nation and writes the Altercation blog for Media Matters
. He also has authored several books, including Why Presidents Lie.
LOL!!!
Alterman arrested. Thank you so much for this news. And he was acting like a spoiled child mouthing off to the police.
Oh why am I not surprised?
You always wonder when a totalitarian society takes control who are the people who do the dirty work killing and maiming the “resistance to the will of the proletariat.”
When you see Eric Alterman even a little that question is no longer theoretical.
CNN Online Pool “Voters” say LOOKCINICH won the debate!!
ROTFLMAO! The Hillary Network already had the scripts written, didn’t they?
Note the frontrunners are nearest the center. I wonder how that was determined?
Mr. Hussein Obama “uh”ed his drug-addled self to the finish line.
Edwards stated that he’d use the presidency as an opportunity to travel the world (at our expense).
That’s about all I can remember from the debate that happened just a few hours ago.
WHEN, OH WHEN is someone going to call these damn moonbats on this “600,000 killed” lie?
It’s 64-69,000, AS OF TODAY...

This is how propogandic LIES get perpetrated. The CNN announcer doesn’t even CHALLENGE this lie!!!!
ggez, outside of ending ‘the war’, didn’t Billy-boy take care of all the rest during his 8 yrs.? I thought the world was perfect because of the Bill-Hill years, duh..
I’d vote for Bush AGAIN if I could, even though he has caused me much consternation and steam shoosting from my ears, just to NOT elect a Dem such as these fools.
None of those on the stage understand that one way to end a war is to win it.
ROFL

This Iraq/WMD talk which is still upsetting the NY Times, began in 1998.
In 1998, Bill Clinton said we had intelligence that showed Iraq was making WMD and becoming a threat to the world.
If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraqs weapons of mass destruction program.
President Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998
Maddie Albright agreed:
Iraq is a long way from [here], but what happens there matters a great deal here. For the risks that the leaders of a rogue state will use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons against us or our allies is the greatest security threat we face.
Sec. of State Madeline Albright, Feb 18, 1998
Tom Daschle and lots of other Democrats completely agreed.
[W]e urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraqs refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs.
Letter to President Clinton, signed by:
Democratic Senators Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, and others, Oct. 9, 1998
Sandy Pants Berger agreed:
He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times since 1983.
Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, Feb, 18, 1998
Nancy Pelosi agreed: Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process.
-Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998
government ready to live in peace with its neighbors, a government that respects the rights of its people.
. . . Heavy as they are, the costs of inaction must be weighed against the price of inaction. If Saddam defies the world and we fail to respond, we will face a far greater threat in the future. Saddam will strike again at his neighbors; he will make war on his own people. And mark my words, he will develop weapons of mass destruction. He will deploy them, and he will use them.
maybe he watched “Doc Holiday” with Michael J. Fox lately??
“Obama...
