NEW YORK -- As first reported by NewsChannel4's Jonathan Dienst, three people were arrested and one other was being sought Saturday in connection to a plot to blow up jet-fuel lines at John F. Kennedy International Airport, officials said.
Four people have been charged. Three suspects are in custody: Russell Defreitas, Kareem Ibrihim and Abdul Kadir. Another suspect, Abdul Nur is still at large.
Defreitas is to be arrainged Saturday in Brooklyn on terror conspiracy charges.

Incredible isn`t it? Anyone else would have had every gay and lesbian group in existence protesting them into a cowering fetal position, but they know Trump isn`t like that. That`s what I love about Trump, he isn`t a coward. I`ve talked to a lot of Freepers who said they can`t stand the guy, but they don`t understand him, he will speak his mind and PC politics be damned. He tells it like it is.
I getting a bit tired of arrests and trials that don’t manifest for years. We need a special system to deal with terrorist charges. Take the creeps into custody, go directly to court, find them guilty and execute them the following morning.

(CBS) QUEENS A man’s sneakers tested positive for explosives at JFK airport. The sneakers were confiscated, but the man walked free. However, federal screeners didn’t tell any member of law enforcement what happened for days.
The man used the name Gamal Badawi with U.S. immigration officials last Friday at JFK airport. At the time, authorities were unable to use the computerized system that takes a visitor’s fingerprints and checks it against various databases, including the terror watch list. As a result, Badawi’s documents checked out against the information locally available at JFK.
Federal sources told CBS 2 that Badawi passed through U.S. Customs and went into the airport to connect to a Delta flight to Iowa via Chicago. As he went through security, a Transportation Security Administration screener pulled Badawi out of the line.
Suspicious Sneakers
Badawi was wearing high-top sneakers that, CBS 2 was told, had tape around them and rubber-bands sticking out of them. The screener told Badawi to take off his sneakers. They were then checked for explosives, and airport sources told us that the reading for explosives was off the charts. “The highest ever,” one federal source explained.
Attorneys deem themselves special, but are clueless about science generally and physical laws.
You can't transmit explosions or even fire via pipelines. Period.
The only way this might have worked is if the muslim darlings opened many valves in heavily populated areas long enough to produce vapors and enough fuel to cause real damage once exposed to atmospheric oxygen. I can't see this happening in a couple of hundred locations simultaneously with no one noticing.
Hyperbole is the only territory where this could have been "one of the most chilling plots imaginable."
I can think of several actual really chilling scenarios, but I will let the clueless do their own work.
Guess the only thing left is to snuff them out then...
