will face a maximum sentence of more than 65 years in prison and a fine of 250,000 dollars. Bet he gets off with way less than that.

This moron isn't going to get an ounce of sympathy from anyone in the country except maybe his mum.
Instead of the "Spam King" he should be called the "Scum King'.
Another geeky genius bordering on insanity.

But then, I'm a moderate

One down - alot more to go. This is good news. It’s amazing how much spam we get. I wonder how they get your email address - not sure how “spambots” work — not real “techy” on such things......

I wonder if he has anything to do with Trust Savings. I get 4-5 spam emails a day from them. I’ve requested to “be removed” to no avail. What kind of idiot would do business with a bank that is annoying and misleading!

If he is convicted , I am sure it would be challenged as unconstitutional in the SCOTUS. 65 yrs for spam looks like cruel and unusual punishment to me.

Since SirKit installed SpamBayes on my computer, I hardly have any problems with spam anymore. They are simply dumped directly to the Junk folder in my Inbox. It’s freeware, available for download, and he says it’s the best he’s found for the purpose.

f convicted as charged, Soloway will face a maximum sentence of more than 65 years in prison and a fine of 250,000 dollars.Of course, the actual sentence will be measured in months, not years, but even the maximum penalties are too light.
