FORMER Vice President Al Gore lectured Diane Sawyer yesterday about her shallow questioning during a "Good Morning America" interview.

"Listen to your questions," an exasperated Gore said halfway through his morning sitdown with Sawyer.

He complained that she only seemed interested in "the horserace, the cosmetic parts" of the upcoming presidential campaign.

So if she had asked him hard questions, such as any of the hypocritical life he leads (has a polluting mine on his property), he'd have gone equally nuts

BTW - I wouldn't mind dressing down Dianne myself (cough, cough).

Ted Danson looks positively evil.

And Mary Steenburgen looks like she has some kind of alien growing inside her cheeks. She was an attractive woman. Her plastic surgeon ought to be in jail.

I don’t know. Edwards getting $55,000 to give a speech on poverty is the ultimate proof of the shallowness of the Democrat voter. Al Gore flying in a jet to lecture us about our carbon sins is a close second. Al Gore lecturing the media about shallowness is a distant third.

Gore: “You treat politicians like celebrities. You pamper them too much. Why don’t you ask the tough questions?”
Media: “OK. How did you get to this show, Mr GlobalWarmingSavior? Jet? Limo?”
Gore: “Whoa, hold on. I didn’t mean you should ask ME the tough questions”

The only thing in that picture that looks halfway attractive is the ring dings.

He’s right, she should have asked him about the influence of Chinese money on campaigns and using his White House office, phone, and mail to run a campaign with.

Then go on to discuss climate theory and how he plans to stop orbital precession.

Then ask about the town in South Australia that requires youngsters to wear black hats against the Ozone Hole Ultraviolet.

Yeah, she could have asked questions with much more depth.

And another thing. Do Al Gore and Grace Slick go to the same Weight Watchers meeting?

The democrats only run on platforms that can fit on a bumber sticker.

faux intellectual Al Gore

I said it here during the 2000 campaign, and I'll repeat it now: Al Gore can tell you how a clock is made, but doesn't know the time of day.

“I vividly remember his vivid recollections of his boyhood spent plowing the fields of Tennessee with a horse-drawn plow,”

While he was busy plowing, Hillary was busy tutoring the children of the farmhands;)

they focus on the celebrity nonsense, because that’s what people watch, sad but true. Every time they focus on the issues, the ratings go down.

Or, maybe ask him what we should do about the melting polar ice caps on Mars. Maybe some Buddhist monks will help cover the costs. Assuming, of course, that there is no controlling legal authority...

Phew! I read this sentence quickly, and mistakenly saw the comma AFTER the word "Hillary".
