Specter says they will have to pay back taxes ... HE IS LYING ON THE FLOOR OF THE SENATE!
They only have to pay 3 of the last 5 years (if the IRS can prove what they do owe).
Wouldn't it be nice if the Senate were that considerate of the current American citizens. Imagine if we could choose which 3 of the last 5 years we wanted to pay and get a refund for the other two years.

Kinda, sorta. ALTHOUGH what Senator Sessions said earlier- they are ACTUALLY voting cloture on LAST YEAR’S bill...and THAT vote will then usher in THIS bill...under it.
It doesn’t make sense- but there you have it...
