That the whole reason your clique keeps losing every single political fight you enter. You all are so pompously certain of your own political infallibility that you simply fail to recognize how on the PR front you are your own worst enemies.
Ranting and raving like lunatics may make you all feel better, it does nothing to advance your agenda.

When “W” puts his elbows on the podium, and stares into the crowd or person asking a question
he is at his best. When he has to deliver a prepared address, hes at his worst.
Too bad his prepared speeches are the ones that the media focus on.
To: TomGuy
What do the Washington politicians think of us as they shaft us by pushing this amnesty monstrosity through?

Dodd wants us to lead the world by running away from Iraq.
He makes no sense whatever. Timmy lets Dodd end the discussion with his talking points.
Timmy ends with the tired, old “are you running for President” Newt. Laughter and camaraderie all around.

I don’t know. I just remember how angry people voted for Perot in 1992 because President Bush 1 raised taxes. I fear a repeat over Immigration in 2008

Newt totally crushed Dodd.
There is only one problem.
How many democrats (rank and file) have the intellect to listen to Newt and know that Dodd was crushed.
Not many is my opinion.

Anyone ever bother to think they are leaving because their job is done? That THIS is what Victory looks like? Apparently, some Conservative Defeatists seems to be there too.

We all knew what we were getting with 'W'.That's right... and given the same conditions... I'd still vote for him.

But why take it out on the guy who is running?
To: Arrowhead1952
I believe that granting citizenship or lawful permanent residence status to those who entered our country illegally would only encourage others to break our laws in the future. For these reasons, I opposed amnesty provisions set forth in the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006. I voted against S. 2611 because I believe that any legislation addressing immigration must first address the safety and security needs of the United States. In a world where terrorists continue to seek to harm Americans, we must protect our citizens. We have every right to know who is in our country, who has crossed our borders, and the purpose and the length of the visit. We are negligent if we do not know these things. She also said she was working with Mike Pence on a new visa program for guest workers. (This is just one of the paragraphs in her response.)

You have just shown how GWB is good communicator and that the media show him as a bad one. The media will rarely show the former as the later is the only one that really the White House can request be shown.

Thank you for the ad hominems.
Since you are a FRiend, simply put:
Are the ad hominems all you have to support the destruction
of America by giving amnesty to illegal aliens and al Qaeda?
How do you overcome the fact that the
amnesty makes light of your contribution as a
former US Army Infantryman?
How do you overcome the fact that the
amnesty makes the WOT useless for America since it
makes our ‘borders’ transparent and useless?

You maybe right but they will get the opposite of what they want rather than settling for something in between.
