I don’t know. In 1992 the Bush 1 was running for reelection so maybe this time the anger over immigration will not splash over onto the nominee since he will not be directly linked to the bill. I don’t know. The only things that is maybe a bright light here is probably all the Democrat candidates who are Senators will vote FOR the bill. We can use that if they turn out to be the nominee.
