The Democrats don’t need a reason to impeach Pres. Bush.
They will do it because of Clinton’s impeachment.
If Pres. Bush signs this bill, many in the President’s core
will leave him to be impeached. Don’t think this will happen?
Har! My conclusion 9 years ago!!!!!
Hence this thread. Kept me from breaking another TV, too.
Newt points out that the idea of turning to Iran to help us when they want us defeated is nonsense.
Whatever his faults, Newt is a very intelligent man.
Have the barf bags ready.
Great post, snugs.
Newt can do a great job - you just never know which Newt will show up for work.
Perhaps the GOP has already conceded the 2008 election internally and hopes to engender at least part of the hispanic vote for the future.
What all 4500 of them? Oh may what a "disaster". Anyone ever bother to think they are leaving because their job is done? That THIS is what Victory looks like?
I am now hearing that by the end of the summer--and likely before--there will be no more "Customs" in ICE--Immigration and Customs Enforcement. What was once the nation's oldest and most successful law enforcement agency (U.S. Customs Service) will be absolutely kaput.-- Buh-Bye, Customs: Welcome to Immigration and CRIMINAL Enforcement, May 17, 2007, Debbie Schussel
I used to tape MTP (it is on at the same time as FNS) but gave up because I would never take the time to go back and watch it. I used to watch FNS in the morning on Fox, and in the afternoon on FNC. Now, I only watch it once, if then.
Today that would be considered supporting "Big Oil".
lol
If a lie gets repeated multiple times, it becomes CW. And then there 's The Dubya Standard.
Dodd brings up the fact that Reagan was willing to talk to the Soviets...that old canard.
Newt, if one is a careful listener, is thumping Dodd.
If Dodd was advising the French, he would consel them not to have helped George Washington...LOL.
Timmy jumps in to help Dodd out because he isn’t doing so very well. Newt’s ready for him.
Modern Day SMS Evolution ;-)
This morning it's the brilliant one.
Excellent script...so close to the truth.
You may fight and so may some Republicans in Congress but the reality is that the dems hold the majority and it will pass maybe with slight mods but it will pass.
