NEW YORK (AP) -- Air America today announced a high-profile lineup of presidential candidates, political players and celebrities for next week as part of the liberal talk network's "relaunch.''
Democratic candidates Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards, along with notables like Robert Redford, Paul Newman and Gloria Steinem, are among the more than 30 guests scheduled.
New shows are also being added to the schedule, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Arianna Huffington and Bob Kerrey. The network also redesigned its Web site, where hosts will regularly blog along with a newly-hired blogger.
Republican Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the subject of persistent presidential speculation, was scheduled to tape his interview today, facing questions from a former political foe, Mark Green.
Green, who lost to Bloomberg on his first run for City Hall in 2001, is now running Air America with his brother, Stephen Green. They took it over this year in an attempt to revive the network, which had been losing money.
Air America is broadcast on 64 stations nationwide and on XM satellite.

Liberal talk radio finds no takers in the talk radio market. I don't think they will be any more successful the second time around.

Some rich leftist is funding it.
These people are relentless. They want to dominate the broadcast media.

Whenever I see a Progressive Insurance ad on, I usually yell at the TV “I’d rather cut my b@!!s off!”
And I mean it.

........aaaaaaaaaaaaaand it’ll tank, yet again. Think we need to establish an “Air America Dead Pool”; guess at how long they last this time.

Yes, that was my question: Who is funding this turkey?
Soros seems as good a guess as any, but hasn’t he already thrown a ton of cash down that rathole?

Once the "Fairness Doctrine" is passed,That was my first reaction too. If the rats want the "Fairness Doctrine" passed again, why are they wasting money on Err Amerika? They own all the major TV networks now.

It’s simply another way for George Soros to donate to the DNC to get around campaign finance laws.

Ok, so it will be 24/7 campaign commercials for Democrats. Will this count as campaign contributions? and if the dem's bring back the Fairness Doctrine...

Exactly!
And if they are not a commercial concern but rather a political one, does that bring them under McCain-Feinburg?
And if it does, how can they get away with this?
Oh, wait. These are Democrats, right?
Silly me.
Democrats are ABOVE the law.
How could I forget?

So what was the caption? Suggestions below.
"Who's got the Viagra?"
"'Even a caveman could do it,' you said."
"We'll dedicate it to Bill Clinton."
"Get rid of your trifocals, Edgar."
