3,700 percent inflation AND 80 unemployment ... could it get any worse?

Yup, those knuckleheads at the UN picked Zimbabwe to oversee some worthless commission on economic growth (LOL).
That organization is a complete farce, not a single cent of US taxpayer money should be wasted on that anti-semitic, anti-US, anti-freedom cesspool.
They should pare the UN down to the US, Britain, China, and USSR and tell the rest to go pound sand.

Right now, someone is preparing a report on the success of economic equalization in Zimbabwe. When everyone has nothing, there is no gap between rich and poor!

Not so bad if you have a job and want to get a 30 year fixed rate mortgage.

Zimbabwe was recently selected to lead the U.N. Commission on Sustainable Development.
It figures.

Yes. They could be dead. But Mugabe and his cronies are probably working on that as well...

So when this is over, does Mugabe end up teaching at Yale, NYU or Harvard?

Yes, but you would have to live in Zimbabwe.

3,700 percent inflation AND 80 unemployment ... That could be the state of the US economy in 2012 with continued Democrat control of Congress and Hillary Clinton in the White House.

Yeah, just read that in the WSJ this morning.
My thoughts were: What excuse will American leftists come up with for the failure of Socialism in Venezuela, if they even acknowledge it at all?

It’s time for Bobby Mugabe to have an unfortunate shaving accident courtesy of Dave Barry’s Department of Two Guys Named Victor.

3,700 percent inflation AND 80 unemployment ... could it get any worse? Sure! How about that Zimbabwe was just selected to head the UN Commission on Sustainable Development. That way, they can take Mugabe's uccessful economic ideas on the road!

Not so bad if you have a job and want to get a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. On the other hand, you would need a second mortgage to buy a loaf of bread.
