Here’s what I don’t understand (aside from all the obvious problems) ...how can Rudy run for the nomination of a party that has being pro-life as PART of it’s PLATFORM.
How does that work?

Me neither, he just blew it. Anyone who wants to mess with the Constitution is out the door.
I find it interesting that he thinks he can mess with the 2nd ammendment, but Roe v. Wade must not be touched.
And he’s a conservative....LOL....yeah right.

Rudy...you cant be tough on murder and support a womans right to CHOSE murder of an unborn child. You want to arrest and lock up women who get abortions and the doctors who perform them? In what may, from a criminal punishment perspective, do you find these concepts comparable?

I could swear that I see the head of the Delaware GOP behind Mike Wallace.
SC is a long way from Delaware but I suppose there are airplanes.

No, I want my gun to remain legal. I obey the law. the criminals do not.
I do not want my SKS or TEC-9 subject to registration nor confiscation.

Duncan Hunter has my vote! I tend to agree. Haven't made up my mind, but he looks very good.

Good answer from Romney... even though I am not in favor of him as a candidate.

Which guns should Americans be allowed to carry, in your opinion? Additionally, please cite the text in the Constitution that would allow the federal government to enact your guidelines.

Romney rocks! Governor Romney has openly supported the idiotic "Assault Weapons" ban.
That puts him beyond the pale for me. I spent a lot of time and a lot of money fighting that particularly noxious bit of idiocy out of Washington, and I don't want a Republican president who would countenance a "Assault Weapons Ban II".

"The sawed off shotgun is already illegal, it's considered a distructive device."
It is not illegal to have a "short barreled" rifle or shotgun. It requires a Class II license which cost $5.00. Know your NFA laws. I own legal Class III which requires a $200 transfer stamp. You can own almost any machine gun or destructive device... legally.
