Following an outbreak of lawsuits that Planned Parenthood is illegally concealing the age of minors and failing to report incidents of statutory rape, the nations largest abortion provider has threatened civil action of its own against an 18-year-old female student at UCLA.
Student reporter Lisa Rose, posing as a pregnant 15-year-old, visited the Santa Monica Planned Parenthood, expressing her interest in an abortion and introducing her 23-year-old boyfriend. With the entire exchange caught on film, the employee warns Rose that the company is required to report cases of statutory rape to the police, but encourages Rose to conceal her age to avoid these reports.

if she did this for a class or newspaper, is she going to be fired or given an f, because it’s not pc to pick on pp?
And that, boys and girls, is the dirty little secret. Nobody wants to lose their livelihood - goes for autoworkers, drug dealers, grocers, or slave-traders, you name it...it's the money that matters.
I would call THIS a dirty little secret:
Oh, that’s plenty dirty, Cal.
It’s a friggin’ industry is what it is.
I wonder how those people live with themselves at the end of the day?
>>>>I wonder how those people live with themselves at the end of the day?
Now that is a dirty little secret I don’t ever what to know the half of.
Let’s look for Diane Rehm to cover this on her show. She’s all about “honesty,” you know.
In response to the video, Mary Jane Wagle, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, emailed Rose a cease and desist order, threatening civil action if certain measures are not taken by May 18. Among the demands is that Rose immediately relinquish to PPLA the original and any copies of all communications with PPLA employees you have recorded without their consent. This requirement is absurd -- the videos have already widely proliferated conservative blogs, including premier conservative blog RedState.com.
I hate to inform Mary Jane Wagle, but she has no leg to stand on legally. She cannot issue a "cease and desist order", she is not a judge, nor are the laws pertaining to entrapment or being recorded without consent applicable to those in the private sector, especially those who have 1st Amendment protection as the press.
So, Mary Jane Wagle, you can now cease and desist with your feeble attempts to bully a college student who has done a masterful job at bringing your dirty business into the light.
i’m glad that you posted this, we all need reminders
AGF is now changed to SCIENCECARE in az., i guess that the business under AGF was too “hot” after this knowledge came out
they are supposed to be “non-profit”, but look on the corp comm. site, there they are, “for profit”
I know a number of liberal females (wouldn't call them friends) who have Abortion as their Single Issue and they would agree wholeheartedly with Planned Parenthood. "16 is too young" "Whole life in front of you" and so forth.
IMHO, that's no excuse for breaking the law. In this case the end does not justify the means.
And, please let me state, that I was completely pro-abortion (although I would have disagreed with the underhanded means that this clinic in particular used) until the birth of WBill Jr. Now, I can't imagine how I ever felt that way.
Student reporter....hmmm....then she has a degree of protection under the 1st admendment, particularly considering what other reporters get away with.
only if she works for the NY times
She should start a movement of people doing this (going in and posing). Clog up the works and make them stay honest and obey the laws!
Thanks for posting.
So what if it gets posted more than once!
Until Roe v. Wade is reversed, the truths need to be posted daily and often!!!

How can we make it happen?
i have heard that girls need to give their ID/Drivers License when they walk in and can't get it back until the procedure is done. so if they step out for a smoke or fresh air and their heart is convicted, they have to go back in to get their drivers license before they can leave...like that will be returned without coercion. i don't know this to be fact, but felt the urge to check it out. intimidation would not be beyond them.
