Does it calculate the carbon one puts into the ground in the form of paper or plastic waste?

If the NYT wanted to save Mother Gaia, which is not the same as posing as her knight, they’d have stopped murdering forests and gone all-web.

A Tonne of Carbon

* Vendor: Zerofootprint
* Type: One Tonne Offset

$ 10.00 (Canadian)

We won’t send you a tonne of carbon, but you can rest assured that a tonne of carbon has been offset in your name. Buy as many tonnes as you want.

Yeah, every time I see words like "rest assured", I get this funny urge to check to see that my wallet is still in my pocket.

But this is serious software

REAL software developers don't say things like this.

I tried the kid's calculator and it told me that we need 3.2 Earths if everybody was as wasteful as me. Woo Hoo!

If everybody used as much as algore we would need 64 Earths (20*3.2, see my tagline)!

Don’t bother, it’s going to cost you 2 Carbon Credits to use it. A wise man once said, “A Carbon Credit Saved is A Carbon Credit Earned.”
