Bruce Willis: Conspiracy Theorist (But New Hunt Tape Does Suggest JFK Assassination Inside Job)
TMZ ^ | May 5th 2007 | staff

Does Bruce Willis know something we don't?

In this month's Vanity Fair, Willis divulges who JFK's real killer was -- and it's not Lee Harvey Oswald. "They still haven't caught the guy that killed [President] Kennedy. I'll get killed for saying this, but I'm pretty sure those guys are still in power, in some form. The entire government of the United States was co-opted. But, he adds, "I don't think my opinion means jack [bleep], because I'm an actor. Why do actors think their opinions mean more because you act?" Good question.

Remember the supposed hit to be made on Castro (who was discovered to have cancer) where a serum would be injected containing other cancer cells which were intended to further attack Castro's immune system ?

Was this not before we had even heard of the AID's virus, as it was said to have been made from scrapings from a sick monkey's kidneys?

I do wonder whether this Hunt fella’ was connected to the “hunting accident” that killed to FBI director Sullivan in the 1970s in Sugar Hill a week before he was supposed to testify in front of the Senate?

Or, perhaps the canoe 'accident' that killed the former head of the CIA, William Colby, in 1996.

I’m about 1/2 way through his autobiography

Then, there are the tapes, film etc....

I wonder how E.H.Hunt managed to stay alive as long as he did..knowing as much as Nixon stated he did.

conspiracy theories make for great movies

one of the first conspiracy I remember was about LBJ....
I also remember watching the news about the warren report were they had a shooter in a tower the same height with the same model rifle and he couldn't fire the rifle as fast and hit the target in the time span that was given from the film of the shooting.

I also remember watching this with my father who was a sniper in WWll and he kept saying 3 shots fired that quick with the damn cheap Italian rifle is impossible

From Wikipedia:

Upon its release in 1964, all files of the Warren Commission were sealed from public view for 75 years (until 2039) by executive order of President Johnson. According to the Assassination Records Review Board, Kennedy assassination related documents that have not been destroyed are scheduled to be released to the public by 2017.

This isn't very clear, is it. What records have been destroyed, and why? Which records are to be released in 2017 and which in 2039?

When the late Texas Governor Connolly was wounded in the ill fated motorcade, it is rumored that he hollered out after being shot, “ LBJ you SOB!”.

Audio: Tape (There is nothing at this link remotely linked to JFK) suggests JFK assassination was inside job serving as the final testimony of CIA veteran and convicted Watergate conspirator, E. Howard Hunt on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy has surfaced.

It has been distilled down from a 20-minute tape made by Hunt at his home in Miami, according to his oldest son with whom E. Howard Hunt had enjoyed a good relationship in later life.

The unmarked cassette was received in the mail by his oldest son, Saint John Hunt, in Janurary 2004. At the time, the 86-year-old E. Howard Hunt was not well. According to Saint John Hunt, his father's only request was that the information not be released until his death. Shortly thereafter, he recovered from his illness and he would not die until January of 2007. The tape remained in Saint John Hunt's hands the entire time.

According to Saint John Hunt, the existence of the tape was unknown by his extended family until its broadcast on "Coast to Coast Live with Ian Punnett" on April 27, 2007.(So what?)  Many of the details of the tape were included in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine published earlier in the month. (Again, so what? Tell me something.)

The contents of the tape are consistent with E. Howard Hunt's CIA career. (Yawn) He was a significant team member of many CIA "wet ops," that is, bloody operations such as the violent overthrow of the democratically-elected Guatetamalan government of Jacobo Arbenz in 1954 and the assassination of Che Guevara. (We all know what wet ops are.) The Guatemalan civil war that resulted from the CIA-backed coup would eventually lead to the deaths of 200,000 people. (What does this have to do with JFK. Sound more like someone is trying to be impressive.)

In his lifetime, E. Howard Hunt often would be glib about his roles in these "wet ops" and saw them as a kind of patriotic duty for which he was uniquely suited. He was urbane, well-connected and well-educated. He published over 85 spy novels and enjoyed the respect and companionship of many of Washington's conservative elite such as William F. Buckley who wrote the forward to Hunt's most recent memoirs. (Well, this is damn sure proof that'll stand up in court.)

But despite many allegations over the years, E. Howard Hunt had always denied until any involvement in the assassination of JFK. In 1978, Hunt testified under oath to Congress that neither he nor the CIA had had anything to do with the murder of the president.  (Now this is something that is on record and one can verify. Problem is, it points to his innocence.)

According to this tape, he was only half-lying. (How does one measure that?  I suppose the next paragraph will explain.)

The "wet op" that was pulled off in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963 may not have been orchestrated by the CIA proper but rather was put together by several CIA veterans and contract players-for-fire in a "non-sanctioned" hit (The suspense is building) originally "suggested" by then Vice-President Lyndon B. Johnson. (What proof does one have of this?)  One of the many purposes of this tape, according to E. Howard Hunt, was to make clear of LBJ's involvement in the assassination. (Okay, so let's here the proof.)

Perhaps as a way of justifying the assassination, Hunt seems focused on establishing the "chain of command" to this action that allows him to see himself as following orders toward a greater patriotic goal. (I guess that by following orders, we are to assume that he actually had Kennedy killed.  Meaningless waste of ink.)

On the tape, the man Hunt refers to as "Frank" is, according to written notes taken by Saint John Hunt, CIA Operative and later Watergate co-conspirator Frank Sturgis sometimes spelled "Sturgess." The mastermind appears to be Cord Meyer. (Again, is this from a novel or a taped deposition that I can hear?)

Dave Phillips was also a CIA Operative in Central and South America.  (OMG, Dave Phillips.  Well that certainly settles it all. Who is Dave Phillips?)

This tape also confirms the long-held suspicion that David Morales was a key member of the assassination team. (OMG again. Now if Dave Morales is involved it must be true. Who is David Morales?)

What is trong>not on the tape i is "Lucien Sartie," the man that Hunt, (would it make this tape more true if what is not on it is George W. Bush's voice?) according to his son, confirmed earlier as the Corsican-born French contract hitman who was flown in to take the "head shot" at JFK from behind the Grassy Knoll.

What is not on this tape is motive but that is attested in other testimony. /p>

ThThese men allegedly hated Kennedy. (I'm betting there were a lot more than that, if one were to count.)

They saw him as soft on Communism, soft on Castro, guilty of sending their friends to their torture and deaths during the Bay of Pigs fisasco and a bad risk for the future of the country. They also did not respect him as a person for his philandering and other behaviors which had yet to become public knowledge but would have been known to them. (This entire paragraph is meaningless. It's the stuff of fiction novels. Saying someone says someone is soft on communism (little c) doesn't make it so, nor is it proof they thought it.)

They were also resentful of the way that the White House had been treating the CIA through Kennedy's disdainful public posture on intelligence and the firings of many of their former associates. (Well this paragraph convinces me.  Of course it doesn't explain why Frank Church and Jimmy Carter are still around. Or for that matter most currently elected Democrats.)

In sum, with the permission of LBJ, Cord Meyer, David Phillips, David Morales, E. Howard Hunt conspired to create a "non-official" hit "for the good of the country."  p>

AnAnd here, finally, is the taped testimony that proves that once and for all.  (Really?  Where?)

Saint John Hun, residing in California, who was ernighted the tapes from his father in Texas for what E. Howard Hunt explained to be more secure with delivery in the shortest timeframe. E. Howard Hunt had asked his son not play the tape until after his death.

Glenn Beck highlighed Hunt on his show on May 3, 2007. On the tape E. Howard Hunt claims to have been aware of a "Big Event" in the making which is believed to be the JFK assassination.

Hunt was questioned at the time of the assassination, as he and others were "the hobos" sitting near he train tracks above the grassy knoll. E. Howard Hunt speaks clearly, eloquently and in quite detail on the tape provided for air. There is a longer tape said not yet made public.

OnOne of the other Hobo’s was always thought to be Charles Harrelson the father of Woody Harrelson. (This is beginning to sound a bit like the Anna Nichole story now.)  Years later when the senior Harrelson was interviewed by the media, he was shown the pictures of the Hobos. He laughed that one looked like him, but claimed it wasn’t him.  (Surely that is proof.)

It later turned out that Harrelson's father was a freelance hit-man. He was accused of murdering a Texas businessman when Woody was just seven years old and was convicted of the crime six years later. When Harrelson was in college, his father received two life term sentences for the killing of a federal judge. His father recently died in prison of a heart attack on March 15, 2007.  (This paragraph has nothing, I mean nothing in it to move the story forward.  Heck Woody's dad might have been a Martian, damn sure interesting and a sure headline grabber, but WTF does it have to do with JFK?)

I've never seen this many logical fallacies strung together in one writing.  Except for a book of 'logical fallacies'.

In January 1995, the Secret Service destroyed presidential protection survey reports for some of President Kennedy’s trips in the fall of 1963. The Review Board learned of the destruction approximately one week after the Secret Service destroyed them, when the Board was drafting its request for additional information. The Board believed that the Secret Service files on the President’s travel in the weeks preceding his murder would be relevant.”

The Secret Service then gave the ARRB its explanation for the destruction. However, the ARRB’s Final Report goes on to say that
“...the Review Board sought information regarding a protective intelligence file on the Fair Play for Cuba Committee (FPCC) and regarding protective intelligence files relating to threats to President Kennedy in the Dallas area (the Dallas-related files were disclosed to the Warren Commission). The FPBCC and Dallas-related files apparently were destroyed and the Review Board sought any information regarding the destruction. As of this writing, the Service was unable to provide any specific information regarding the disposition of these files. The Secret Service submitted its Final Declaration of Compliance dated September 18, 1998, but did not execute it under oath. The Review Board asked the Service to re-submit its Final Declaration.”

The January 1995 destruction of the files about JFK’s trips just prior to Dallas take on added significance when you realized that shortly before that, in November 1994, the ARRB had been informed for the first time of an attempt to assassinate JFK in Tampa, Florida on November 18, 1963 (four days before Dallas). That attempt was covered up at the time because of National Security considerations surrounding the Coup Plan/AMWORLD. The Tampa attempt was withheld from the Warren Commission and all later Congressional committees. Only one small newspaper article about it appeared the day after JFK died, which I and my co-author uncovered after combing through thousand of pages of newspaper microfilm. I informed the ARRB about the Tampa attempt in November 1994, as did Tampa author Frank DeBenedictis. The fact that DeBenedictis and I provided written submissions to the ARRB in November 1994 is confirmed in the ARRB’s FY 1995 Annual Report.

It’s likely that other agencies, like the CIA, FBI, DIA, and others, had or have today information about the Tampa attempt, either their own information or copies of information obtained in 1963 from the Secret Service. I later interviewed the Tampa Police Chief from November 1963, who described the security effort to thwart the threat as being quite extensive and involving many agencies. That thought that the CIA or others might be allowed to reclassify information that could shed light on that attempt seems to go against the will of Congress as expressed in the 1992 JFK Act.

It seems bizarre that a single November 1963 newspaper article contains quotes from a Secret Service report about the Tampa suspect, when the report itself no long exists—at least from the Secret Service.

I’ve been waiting for someone to mention the theory that JFK did not die that day. That certainly was a doozy in our house! When Jackie married Ari O, Boston’s Richard Cardinal Cushing bought TV air time and had something of a fireside chat with all the Catholics in New England. I will never forget my mother getting dressed in her Sunday best to watch it. I clearly remember the Cardinal saying that if the world knew why Jackie was marrying this man, they would certainly forgive her. And then he leaned forward and pretty much dared anyone to say anything else.
So Jackie married Ari (remember the wedding photo? The least happy couple in the history of marriage) and my family and the families in the neighborhood never ever mentioned the assassination or the remarriage again. It may seem like exaggeration, but it is exactly the same mindset that keeps fat Ted and moron son in power. Don’t rock the boat.

In the 70’s, I read a lengthy Esquire article about this, complete with pictures. This was bumped off the radar by some nude photo taken of Jackie almost immediately after that article appeared. There were howls of satisfaction in the old neighborhood since (little known RI fact) none of the blue collar Irish thought Jackie was good enough for darlin’ Jack. To this day, there are white haired old ladies in the families who will tell you in excruciating detail about the disgrace of the father at the church on their wedding day, and then about the baby who died shortly after birth, and every other bit of gossip and minutiae of the Jack and Jackie marriage.

For myself, I am more inclined to believe old lady gossip than I am some conspiracy theory, but it does pass the time...:))

Speaking of the SS, do you know if Clint Hill is still alive? Was he not one of Jackie’s detail? Seems like he was the only one who reacted while the Presidential detail basically had their thumbs up their asses.

LBJ had the motive and the means. He was notorious for dirty dealings.

Most Presidents find some way to make their last hours in office memorable in some way, even if only by pardoning felons. LBJ spent his last day trying to put together some kind of land deal in San Antonio for personal profit, IIRC.

Harrelson was interviewed by the media, he was shown the pictures of the Hobos. He laughed that one looked like him, but claimed it wasn’t him. (Surely that is proof.)

Hunt said at the time he was not one of the hobo's and was questioned and testified, but has at the end of his life admitted he was, but was only "on the bench".

The attractive, no-nonsence, GQ model-lookalike is Charles Harrelson the contract killer who looked out of place, in the company of the shabbily dressed, imposter hobos, Frank Sturgis and Howard Hunt.

Charles Harrelson was a contract killer and according to Jack Anderson, whom Nixon tried to have killed, he was involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Harrelson is believed to be one of the gunmen behind the picket fence on the Grassy Knoll. Harrelson was one of the three tramps arrested in Dealey Plaza on 22nd November, 1963, along with Frank Sturgis and Howard Hunt. In 1992, the Dallas Police Department claimed that the three tramps were Gus Abrams, John F. Gedney and Harold Doyle, but their photographs do not match.

The disjointed picture of Frank Sturgis, Howard Hunt and Charles Harrelson is quite comical. As Howard grimaces and Sturgis sports his shabby pants, the carefree, catwalk strutting Harrelson stands in stark contrast, probably because the independent contractor did not care to act or dress like a hobo imposter.

Chuck Cook, a reporter for the Dallas morning news interviewed Harrelson on the judge Wood case and subsequently asked him about his claims of murdering the President. Cook said that Harrelson ‘got this sly little grin on his face, Harrelson is very intelligent and has a way of not answering when it suits him.’ At a later interview Cook brought the subject up again and at that point Harrelson became very serious, Cook quoted Harrelson as saying "Listen, if and when I get out of here (prison) and feel free to talk, I will have something that will be the biggest story you ever had" and added "November 22, 1963. You remember that!". Most of the time, when Harrelson has been questioned with regard to the assassination he has emphatically denied it, but Cook showed the photos of the three tramps to Harrison’s wife Jo Ann Harrelson who was "amazed at the similarities." Indeed, even aging has not affected the resemblance.

Case Closed: Charles V. Harrelson was found Dead in his cell of "natural causes" on March 15, 2007, just days after E. Howard Hunt confessed to being one of the shooters on the Grassy Knoll. Harrelson reportedly died very suddenly, in his sleep, giving those who are so inclined, the opportunity to deny the obvious.

Hmm. The source suggests that Nixon was really responsible for Ted Kennedy's problems at Chappaquidick.

Seems extremely far fetched to me.

Also, hasn't one of the hobos identified himself, as being an actual drunk. I reviewed this a few months ago but didn't keep records.

To: Dont Mention the War

The Kennedy family refused to acknowledge more than one of JFKs medical conditions, admitting to Addison’s disease only recently.

As far as actually asking him to resign is not an essential element of determining whether or not he should be removed from office. Because of the Cuban Missile Crisis, the awareness that JFK had his “finger on the button”, plus the drugs he was taking, might have been enough.

Again, it was common knowledge at the time, though wrong, that cortisone in large doses would make you insane. Had whoever asked a physician familiar with cortisone at the time, they would have told you that.

Then again, I mention the movie released in 1956, at or near the height of James Mason’s popularity as a film star. The very idea that the President might act like that could be all that was needed.

Would they wait until the President was acting like a lunatic? I doubt it.

And I have no doubt that even today the Kennedy family holds onto a large amount of embarrassing information about JFK that has never seen the light of day.

But the bottom line is not to disparage JFK, it is to point out that there is, that there must be, some consideration given to what to do if the President of the United States no longer has the judgment needed to authorize the use of our nuclear weapons.

The office is more important than the man.

I think Oswald missed with one, made two hits, right? One the Magic Bullet that passed through JFK and hit Connolly as well. Why is it so hard to believe that a qualified Marine marksman couldn’t have hit a slowly moving target two out of three times?

The president can be removed from office by the VP and a majority of the Cabinet. That, of course, would be a huge international embarrassment — whether that’s enough reason to arrange an assassination instead is an exercise I leave to the reader.
