Or, perhaps the canoe 'accident' that killed the former head of the CIA, William Colby, in 1996.

According to the Assassination Records Review Board, Kennedy assassination related documents that have not been destroyed are scheduled to be released to the public by 2017.

This isn't very clear, is it. What records have been destroyed, and why? Which records are to be released in 2017 and which in 2039?
