MOORHEAD - As many as 200 students decided to celebrate graduation at Concordia College by skinny dipping in a murky campus pond early today, authorities said.
A security officer tried to shoo the students out of the pond but they wouldn't cooperate, Concordia security chief Sherri Arnold said. Moorhead police were called after students pushed the security officer's golf cart into the pond.
Although no one was arrested, several people could face charges. Arnold said 10 people were identified because they left their clothes and wallets behind.
Sunday was graduation day at Concordia.

not one of ours (LCMS). This is the ELCA ConcordiaI can't recall, exactly, but it seems that one of those is OK with mixing and mingling with other Christians, and the other one isn't. As for the skinny-dippin' Concordians, kids will be kids, regardless of denomination!

BTW, the school in this story is the only "Concordia" that is not one of ours (LCMS). This is the ELCA Concordia. Oh, you mean the one's who know how to have fun? ;)
My LCMS in-laws wouldn't give birth to naked children if they could avoid it.

We have a similar problem in Kentucky. Morehead State University is located in Morehead, KY. Can you even imagine what it must be like for the cheerleading squad leading a cheer at a basketball game???

You know what they say about Lutherans...Well, if God would've intended for us to wear clothes, he would've sent us down to earth wearing them. LOL!
As a graduate of the State University a few blocks from Concordia (which has an even greater share of lieberal loonies on their faculty), I will refrain from further comment.

You said — “Hey man, they were spawning.”
Well, knowing college students these days, they’ve been spawning for the last four years...

Wouldnt the water be awfully cold in that part of the country?True story. When my wife and I were newlyweds, we were driving on the NDSU campus (neighboring town from Concordia) about 8 p.m. one night, late March or early April. Outside air temperature was lower 40's, tops. But, hey, anything over freezing is spring in this part of the country.
The first thing we see is flashing white tennis shoes as we approached. Then flashing bare backs. Finally flashing bare buns. My wife, a southern California girl, is totally freaked. I told her frat boys do far worse in her part of the country. "Yes," she shrieked, "but not when it's freezing outside."
They build them a little tougher in this part of the country, I explained.

...they could end up as convicted "Sex Offenders".... I'm thinking that wouldn't happen in Moorhead...
...but all it would take is a Nifong wannabe with Barney Fife on the force.

It’s one of the most unthinkable acts of mass civil disobedience ever ... considering the venue.
