Missouri has concealed carry but in addition to the places where it's forbidden businesses can refuse to allow weapons on their premises. Most malls don't allow it.
Officers shot the suspect and now have him in custody.

It`s called knowing that the citizens of the United States have had their second amendment right raped and they are nothing more than sitting ducks for any POS to use as target practice.
Think about it; Any a-hole who wants to commit suicide can basically bring as many people along as he wants before he does it without any opposition. How many more examples does this country need?
