Scalping? I’m with you. Thought that ended a long time ago.
When was the last time scalping was used? What made them bring it up? Well, this will make the Indian community nervous! The French (the originators of the practice) won’t be. The necessary gene went dormont awhile back.

A little off the subject but the French did NOT origionate scalping. It was here centuries before Colombus ever landed.
Several early explorers wrote of finding the Indians doing this practice long bbefore the French were supposed to have started it.
Several massacre sites in the Dakotas dating from the 1300’s had skulls showing definite scalping groves in them. I believe this bill about scalping has to do with ticket sales.
