I wonder how much money he helped the abortion industry raise at that luncheon.

It is a down and desperate time if we are caught between this man and Hillary or Obama.

“In doing so, we are upholding a distinguished tradition that began in our city starting with the work of Margaret Sanger and the movement for reproductive freedom that began in the early decades of the 20th century.”

So Rudy supports ethnic cleansing?

Give Americans credit. That 65% has increased since 2001. April 2001 was only 3 months after Clintonism. The nation was 50/50 liberal/conservative. Since April 2001 this nation has moved to the right.

I'd be more conserned if Rudy would have said that today.

Any Rudybots want to try and spin this one?

Yeah—when this one gets out, let’s see how well he does with the base.

Good grief. This kills his chance of beating Hillary. Giuliani cannot win because he alienates the pro-life vote like this. Pro-life voters, believe me I know, will stay home before they vote for someone like this.

Well, that does it for me, that seals it. I had some modicum of support for Giuliani, as a potential GOP candidate, I had wanted to hear his position from his own mouth, and current views. Asked and answered. (Does it work if I ask for a million dollars?) So ends my support, proud to be in the 35% (if that low number can be taken as true).

it seems Guiliani is doing data dumping to “clintonize” his past.

IOW you dump ALL the dirty laundry as early as possible so as we get closer to Feb 8, 2008 it becomes “old news.”

The amoral Greaseball will lose to Hillary, just as he would have had he stayed in the 2000 race. She beats him on intelligence and the enthusiasm of her base.

Remember, you don't beat anyone by saying "I'm not (fill in the blank) vote for me!" This was tried by Kerry, Gore, and Dewey, and it failed everytime.

It really is a hoot how some of you folks love to dig up stuff on Giuliani -- this is from 2001!

I'm not a "Rudybot." But *IF* it ends up Rudy vs. Hillary, you bet I'll do anything I can to get Rudy elected.

The notion of Hillary Clinton slithering back into the White House scares the crap out of me.

I thank NARAL for taking the lead in establishing freedom of choice for all of us, and as the Mayor of New York City, I thank you for being here in New York City.

Despicable!! I try so hard to refrain from calling people "idiots" but people like Rudy Julie Annie make it so difficult not to do so.

Another reason why I will never vote for RINO Rudy. If he gets the nomination he will be by far the worst and most liberal candidate our party has run in my lifetime. If he gets it, it will be the first Presidential election in two decades that I don’t give money and volunteer in support of the Republican candidate. And it will very likely be the first ever election that I don’t vote Republican. A Rudy candidacy will mark the end of the modern conservative movement and the repudiation of everything we’ve worked decades for.

For example, in a recent poll by American Viewpoint, 65 percent of Republicans supported changing the plank in the Republican platform that calls for a constitutional ban on abortion. That's 6.5 out of every 10 Republicans. And over 80 percent of Republicans believe that the decision with regard to an abortion should be made by a woman

I dont buy it. Rudy and/or the po1ster were spinning the stats.

Quoting Giuliani: ...those choices should be made based on that person's conscience and that person's way of thinking and feeling.

Sure, Mr. G, it has nothing to do with God and life and the natural order. It only has to do with "thinking and feeling." //sarcasm now off
This quote alone kills his candidacy for me, and I don't care who he is running against. Then comes the 2nd Amendment, court appointments, homosexual "rights," etc., etc.
