Contact GOP In Congress Regarding Harry Reid Treasonous Statement

Dear fellow freepers

For over four years the democrats and their media have been working very hard on defeating us in the war on terror and they have been providing aid and comfort to our enemies in each opportunity they can. However today Harry Reid the leader of the democrats in the US Senate said “The War In Iraq Is Lost” and by doing so he brought the giving of aid and comfort to the enemy to a total new level.

We should not waste our times calling a traitor like Harry Reid or his cohorts in the democrat party, those people are lost, we need to urge the Republicans in Congress and some of the very few and patriotic democrats to stand up for the fight of their life. Stand up for our troops, stand up for the nation. Stand up for victory in the war so we can preserve our freedom and our way of life.

We need to send them thousand and tens of thousands of e-mails, call their offices, and ask them to stand up to treason in Congress and say “Enough is Enough treason will not stand, defeat will not stand, we will fight this war and we will win this war”.

I know that many on this forum think that many Republicans in Congress are afraid to take this stand, but I strongly disagree. The vast majority of Republicans in Congress and few good democrats will stand up and fight, however they need our support and encouragement.

Each one of us should compose a brief and concise e-mail asking the many good patriots in Congress to stand up for the traitors and those who are providing aid and comfort to the enemy. Send the e-mail to as many Republicans and “good democrats” Congress people as you. I will compose mine and send it tomorrow.

God bless our troops. God bless the Great patriots in the nation and Congress. God bless President Bush.

God bless America.

Sure, and you too are implying legal violations with your language “aid and comfort to the enemy”. If you’re simply making moral charges with political consequences, then we can all agree. Please be clear on that or you'll just feed the over reaching crackpots (and our opposition will use them to define us).

Dear Senator Voinovich,

I am extremely disappointed that our Senate is declaring that we have lost the war in Iraq. I suppose this is a call for surrender? I hope you do not feel this way.

What sort of concessions will we be giving to our enemies as terms of our surrender? Has the Senate thought about this yet? I never thought I'd live to see the day when my country surrendered when things got tough.

I know how happy I'd be if terror organizations around the world stated that they had been defeated by the U.S. I'd be jubilant! So how should I think Senator Reid's comments are received by our enemies?

Please represent me and those Ohioans I know by standing up to Senator Reid and reaffirming our commitment to victory in Iraq and in the War on Terror.

A sitting US Senator expressing his views(however wrong) on an important US foreign policy issue is now treason?

If this were the case, how on earth could the government even function?

Try to keep the hyperbole to a reasonable level, please..

Did Reid provide aid and comfort to the terrorists and emboldened them when he said that "The War in Iraq is Lost"? My answer is absolute YES.

Besides giving money to the enemy or military plans is their anything in your book that qualify as treason?

The worst thing of the Vietnam war is that it made treason legitimate and all this under the pretext of freedom of speech. Unfortunately many people buy this pretext including some on FR like yourself.

I quickly read some of your previous posts, and I have no doubt that you are a troll. Sooner or later you will be caught red handed and banned. When you made fun Rush Limbaugh in one of your posts and said that he is misleading his audience, I have no doubt that you are a troll. In another post you were making fun of the statement “We are figthing them there so we do not have to fight them here”. This is a Conservative Republican forum not for left wing liberal democrats.

The worst nightmare for these traitors is that the Surge is Working.

I agree with you. That's why I am wondering if he isn't getting reports on how well the new strategy is working, and is therefore saying this because he knows it is working. He is trying to a)give the terrorists hope that this will all be over soon, and b) demoralize Americans, in the hope of diminishing the true success of the surge.
