The black Agent Johnson?

Hmmmm... the only thing I remember is them saying it felt like Saigon.

And when #1 voices his estimate of casualties...#2 says, "I can live with that"

Got my information from the press conference this afternoon. The president of VA Tech stated that the main campus has over 100 buildings. Maybe he is confused. If you read a map, it must be more like 30-40.

Yes, they can. The metal has been altered by the imprint of the serial number, and that can't be erased.

When the number is stamped, the metal underneath is mashed down (technical term there) and becomes more dense -- treated with acid, the surrounding less-dense metal burns away faster.

But I'm not sure how deep that phenomenon goes; if you file off the visible SN and keep filing a while longer, it might be possible to file off enough metal that the number can't be recovered. The lab can usually, but always recover the number.

But it sure makes you think this episode was planned well in advance.

Or that the killer purchased the guns illegally, and someone else at some point in the chain filed of the numbers so they couldn't be traced back to him.

That is a good theory. He may have studied how the police responded, or were likely to respond, and based his plans on what he learned.

And some people run into crowds of pedestrians with cars. And, some people in certain countries have a propensity to use explosive devices to kill themselves and others. What’s your point?

That’s right. It would also mean that even if the creep was unrecognizable from the neck up, the authorities would have known his id from those fingerprints.

Now there is a question that should have been asked at the Presser

Because it was reported early they couldn't identify the guy because his finger prints were not on file

Absolutely, dissing a victim is as low as it can go.

These college students who were harmed or lost their lives deserve to go straight to heaven. They are the ones who let us know how precious life really is , they should be honored as the most precious assets that any country could ever have.

Every student who has been harmed should be honored, their families should be treated with the greatest respect. Only satan could benefit from this type of occurrence.

That is exactly what it is looking like. A very well planned mission by someone here for less than a year. Nobody would suspect Shanghai although it is very close to Indonesia and Philipeans etc. which is a Mooselimb breeding ground.

Pray for W and Va Tech

The absence of serial numbers would likely speak to the source being stolen weapons sold on the “street”. The well planned nature of the crime, bomb threats two weeks before, seems to clash with the “crime of passion” murder of the girl.

"MSNBC now reporting that the weapons were 9mm and .22cal pistols with the serial numbers filed off."

That could very well indicate he bought those guns from someone, after they were stolen. I wonder what the liberal action line will be in that scenario. "We need federal background checks on all stolen weapons sold on the black market"?

The guy who took the video said the loud yelling heard on the cell phone was from police who were running towards him and telling him to get into a building - away from the Norris building - so he stopped taping on his cell phone at that point.

I suspect a lone nut at this point. I would imagine if it were terrorism, they would be now have sent out their manifesto, with threats of more to come—or at least we would be picking up that international chatter through NSA channels, etc..

I agree, this appears to be VERY well planned.

IMO The girlfriend story appears to be some kind of diversion. My guess is that there was some kind of note or obvious clue that was left at crime scene A which through the LEO's off of the trail making them believe that the perp was leaving the town or state. This in turn allowed the perp to move to plan B to be set up at crime scene B for the final massacre/ executions.

The big question remains: Why?

The student who did the filming is a Palestinian, a former resident of Saudi Arabia and student at Virginia Tech according to an interview with him. If I were the police I would like to talk to him for a bit. He was right outside the facility when the shooting started.

you believe that the 2nd amendment extends a right to a non US citizen, on a visa, to purchase a handgun without even a residency check?
