(Excerpt) Read more at vtnews.vt.edu ...
I think that is the Girls Dorm at Virginia Tech, my daughter resided there for two years.

marker
I hope everyone is safe. It isn’t a Vick, is it?
No.. it is the building in the same group of buildings as the girls dorm.
I’m just wondering if it’s a “muslim”..........
This isn’t the first time this has happened at VT, but VT has one of the best security systems I have ever seen for a Campus. When they lock down they lock down.
Or a "Mexico."
Collective notoriety by surname is rarely a good thing.
We are locked down. We can’t leave the building. I’m hearing reports of another shooting, multiple victims across campus.
Multiple shooters?
I also just posted. Apparently multiple shootings in more than one building with gunman still on loose. Truck is rolling around campus telling people to seek shelter indoors immediately and to stay away from windows.
More victims headed to the hospital.
Prayers for you my FRiend. Stay safe.
Also, more rescue sirens than I’ve ever heard.
Here’s what the website says:
