Incidentally, the photos show a lot of sherrif’s vehicles, which means that a big part of that LE presence you are noting was drawn from the surrounding county. Just point of information as to how a small town can muster that much force.

Chicago Sun Times. entered on student visa through San Fran. Did the bomb threats to test system. Didn’t say when he arrived in San Fran.He did kill a female (girlfriend). per Olberman (not my favorite guy)

They thought he fled as did the cops. They seemed satisfied that the killer left the campus, maybe the state instead of pursuing. Out of sight - out of mind. The school was taking the le’ word for it. There was no pursuit. Inexcusable.
