Questions from the poll online at The John Ziegler Show web site
I heard the last portion of last hour, Ziegler is all over this story, taking calls and just announced he will continue the topic for the 9-10PM PST slot.

Well, the subject was white people!
BTW, just heard a few hours ago on the Roe Conn show on WLS AM in Chicago, their regular call-in participant “Clyde” weigh in on the subject. He’s a gravelly voiced, very old school, black guy who, for example, insists on referring to “the colored” etc.
He opined that he was tired of the likes of Jackson and Sharpton, and pointed out that on “colored” radio stations they say all kinds of things about whites, but just let a white man say something about a colored man, “and all hell breaks loose.”
He added, “now you’ve got colored people gettin’ mad at white people, and white people gettin’ mad at colored people, and for what?”
I say a Nobel Peace Prize nomination for Clyde !
EXACTLY.
Yeah, that looks like a negative kurtosis - pretty suspicious data indeed.
The part that soon, the only people in the world that will be allowed to use the words “niggas” and “hos” will be niggas and hos.
With the CBS firing of Don Imus, when will the arch leftists ranting anti-American treason on a daily basis be bounced off the air? The leftist media establishment including is milking this for all it’s worth.
Maybe you are, but I had the same thought. Should we start a support group for people who are paranoid about perfectly even distributions?
What bothers me most is there hasn’t been a complaint from any of his listeners.
Nice comment. I added my 2 cents in bold. I disliked Imus a lot because he was so cosy with beltway boys.
I find the original comment most offensive. But a close second would be the failure to “forgive” his apology. Why does it seem like those who apologize are the ones who get punished most severely, while those who remain strident and unapologetic like O’Donnell, Sharpton and, yes, Coulter get away with the outrageous things they say? The bottom line, though, is that this was all dictated by the commercial sponsors and I’m fine with that. Let the market decide.

THANK GOODNESS, IMUS IS GONE (SATIRE)

Thanks, Spirit.
Watch out for Her Thighness.
I was surprised at first, when Hillary’s name was posited as behind this...but that is because I have never watched or listened to Imus..
NOT that I wouldn’t put this past the Clintonistas...
I think if you took a poll on FR though...there would be a lot of them that would say that Hillary had nothing to do with this...
IMHO...I would rather assume my enemy IS behind an attack and plan to defend against her..than naively believe that it won’t happen again.
I think the people at FOX News better be careful...because we KNOW the Clintons and the libs are after them
ALL OF THE ABOVE..
That all media won’t shut up about it for the next six months, unless something stupider comes along.
Unsurprising lack of historical or political choice option in the poll.
I would argue that the very real but insidious brand of clinton racism and misogynism is far more dangerous than Don Imus' theatrics. And the danger transcends clinton hypocrisy and epithets, despicable though they are. Racism and misogynism of the clinton kind that is real but insidious corrodes the culture from within. Theatrical simulation of same by the shock jock is, by definition, on the surface where it can easily be perceived and rejected. Moreover, the Imus endpoint tells us something very important about the danger of the clintons. It is critical that we do not misconstrue the message. This cautionary tale is not about what happens to those who dare defy hillary clinton; rather, it is about what will happen to all of us if we don't. (Old media, especially, would be wise to take heed.)
