BELLEVILLE, Ill. - A baby sitter charged with murder clubbed a pregnant woman in the head repeatedly with a table leg, then cut her fetus from the womb in a bathtub where she later drowned the victim's three young children, an investigator testified Wednesday.
The grisly details in the September slayings of Jimella Tunstall and her family were revealed at a hearing where a coroner's jury, after a few minutes of deliberations, concluded the deaths were homicides.
Tiffany Hall, 24, has been charged with first-degree murder and faces a possible death sentence in the death of Tunstall and with intentional homicide of an unborn child - Tunstall's 7-month-old fetus.

But then keeping their bodies in her apartment?
Ya, the MSM should be having a field day with this (drums fingers).
Words escape me.
Fetus is murdered. Wait how can this be murder if just a fetus? You mean a fetus is a baby?
Life in prison will not let her think about what she has done, This is no doubt a person without feelings.
Just when you think you’ve heard every horrific story imaginable, something worse comes along.
I live right outside Belleville and happen to be friends with the Coroner. This incident was the first time I have ever seen the man (the coroner) visibly shaken for days over anything - and he’s seen plenty from East St. Louis.
What made me angry was the way the lawyers around the courthouse were gleefully excited that this case is going on. It’s like their Super Bowl and it’s just morbid.

(Right next to the NARAL file...)
I remember a case where, concerning the parents, the prosecutor told how they spent more time, energy and money looking for care of the family dog, then they did day care and babysitters for the twins.
I think this is viewed as a murder because the mother wanted to keep it. If she didn't want it, it wouldn't be murder. I'm not really sure why that's supposed to make a difference, though.
