My guardian angel is going to ask for hazardous duty pay.

I tell my FIL that his guardian angel has 1000's of various medals of honor earned protecting him (mostly from his own driving, lol!)

about that 5 decade program, I’d give an honary mention to Maverick, the show was late 50s, early, sixties, Young Maverick in the 70s, Bret Maverick in 81, and the movie in the 90s. Columbo also looks to have spanned 5 decades (late 60s to 2003)
