Vanity Fair Attacks Rush Limbaugh and Sentences 'Environmental Sinners' to Hell Posted by Julia A. Seymour on April 9, 2007 - 17:22.
Welcome to hell global warming skeptics.
That was the message of a two-page "Dante's Inferno: Green Edition" in the May issue of Vanity Fair. That was just part of a full-issue assault in which the magazine unleashed its vitriol against businesses, conservatives and even radio host Rush Limbaugh.
Limbaugh "has blinded millions of Americans to the climate crisis," proclaimed Vanity Fair. The magazine also accused him of "the environmental destruction that he did so much to enable in his multi-decade reign of denigration."
But El Rushbo, was far from the only target in Vanity Fair's line of fire.
"It is an ongoing mystery to me why Republican administrations are such wretched protectors of our land, inasmuch as Republicans own so much of it," editor Graydon Carter said in the issue's introduction.
Vanity Fair even assigned industries and individuals to the circles of Dante's Hell.
"Then theres the final circle hell itself containing Satan, and in his three mouths: Senator James Inhofe (R-OK), former chairman of the Senate Environment Committee, tireless denouncer of global warming as a hoax perpetrated on Americans by alarmist liberal media; President George W. Bush; Vice President Dick Cheney, former Halliburton C.E.O., convener of top-secret energy task force, which met with oil and gas executives.
Global warming............yeah...........
Then again, if global warming means that attractive women will have to wear less clothing, what is wrong with that???
Meanwhile in Chicago today we have temps in the low 40s with flurries. We are about 10 degrees below normal.

Hey, I used to read “Entertainment Weekly”. Double Oy.
any nappy headed folks help write this tripe ?
Why modern environmentalism is a heathen religion:
- there is tithing (donations to Greenpeace, Earth First, etc)
- there is the notion of sin (polluting)
- there are indulgences (carbon offset credits)
- there are oracles/prophets (GW researchers) and high-priests (Al Gore, celebrities)
- they rely on indoctrination at a young age
- it is considered blasphemy to go against their "wisdom"
- all evidence is to be interpreted only in light of their unquestionable "truths"
- they are moral busybodies that want to push their views on everyone else
- people who do not strictly follow their guidelines are considered immoral
- people who publicly support opposing views are said to be possessed by evil entities (corporations)
- violence is advocated by many adherents (ELF, ALF, Earth First, etc) to promulgate their "truths"
- they say we are DOOMED FOR ETERNITY unless we listen to them
- if we go against the will of their god (Gaea), their god will punish us (hurricanes, floods, disease, searing heat)

“President George W. Bush; Vice President Dick Cheney, former Halliburton C.E.O.,”
HALLIBURTON...I KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!
Isn’t Vanity Fair printed on Dead Trees?
A sterling monologue awaits us tomorrow. Can't wait.
Vanity Fair broight us the Wilson’s, no the Plame’s, no the Flaming Wilson’s.
Funny how ‘ole Graydon will never take his Hollyweirdo buddies and fellow limo/Gulstream liberal buddies to task for their multiple mansions, pools, private jets, etc. Oh that’s right, the Gulfstream libbie hypocrites like algore can buy carbon credits, and then go on living as they please. The “peons” still need to conserve, though.
Graydon has to be one of the worst sufferers of BDS on the planet.
Johnny Appleseed?????
What gives this side-door-porno magazine the notion it’s qualified to judge people? They need to get the beam out of their eye, first.
I'll be here all week.
“Then again, if global warming means that attractive women will have to wear less clothing, what is wrong with that???”
Well, it also means that unattractive women will have to wear less clothing too!
Women like these! http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1814509/posts?page=1
I’m sure VF purchases carbon indulgences, I mean, credits, and therefore has a zero “carbon footprint.”
Global Warming is a myth....GO RUSH!
I worked on three Falcon 20’s owned by Vanity Fair. They can take anything they have to say about ‘global warming’ and energy consumption and shove it up their collective, self indulged, hypocritical hind ends.
