FReepers and other Street Protesters: Check out this great poster software...
Today, silly

Are you sick of bland, pathetic-looking posters made with colored markers? Are you graphically challenged and not very software savvy? Do you wish your FReeps had professional, cheap posters that catch the eye?
Today, after looking for months, I finally found an amazing poster software called PosteRazor. It is free, and works with Windows or Mac OSs. You will not believe how easy it is to use.
It takes your image, and cuts it into tiles, then quickly converts them into PDF pages, which you can print on paper of your choosing and assemble into a large poster or banner.
The first time I saw such a PDF file was one that Registered created for the SoreLoserman protest in 2000. I still have the original PDF file he or someone created, but I haven't been able to create PDFs of my own. I did try another poster software later, but it was hard to use, expensive, and I was never really satisfied with the results.
But today, the posters I made in less than 5 minutes were absolutely amazing.
You can download PosteRazor at:

Nope, she's right.
There's been a rash of BS with regards to the actions of some Mods. I realize it a volunteer effort and not easy, so I usually hold fire. But when doing things that hurt our goals I feel I have to speak up.
Especially when it happens to the type of thread that was successful in the past. During Hillary's first Senate campaign, we tied her up for about 3 weeks for not tipping a waitres. I mean it dominated the news coverage, she ducked the media and had to change her campaign theme to something other than "Invest in New York". All because of all thousands of the individual Freepers who pitched it on that.
We recently had the same opportunity and the call for that same tactic went into chat or blogs or something equally unseen.

I've been using
Picasa, another free program which does the same thing except the pieces are jpg files instead of pdf files. I tape the back with masking tape and have tried the front with clear tape and also gluing the front with a glue stick. I usually use the text option in a photo application then use Picasa to "posterize" it into sections. I have a bunch of old thin plastic campaign signs I use for backing.
These two signs below have clear tape on the front and are two sides of the same sign (I always use both sides!) :
(Above) I got the image on the left from FReeper
davidlachnicht
This one below has glue instead of tape on the front:
