Maybe he's got CO2 "extra chromosomes" mixed up.

That is why Mars is not able to warm up. But Mars IS warming. I guess that little battery-powered SUV we sent up there was too much for its climate to handle.

FFS if it was heavier it wouldn't be CO2 then would it?

Re post 100; temperature changes the issue.

I was listening to the hearings and just heard AlGore say that natural CO2, such as CO2 produced by volcanos, is heavier than CO2 produced by man. If he said it, then he's just proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is a complete total freaking idiot.

You guys don't get it...this goes back to carbon credits. We can now divide them into light-carbon credits and heavy carbon credits. This just makes the pyramid scheme most diverse and more difficult to track. Brilliant move! Now if he can just prove that the US produces a vast amount of natural heavy C02...he will have it made. (Trust me...he won't).

One carbon molecule said: "Hey, I just lost an electron"And so arose the affinity between Gore and nature.

not up on the numbers but I would bet dollars to donuts that whatever the source 98% is C12. So we are talking about less the 2% containing the extra weight of a single subatomic particle. LOL, big freaking deal.

I'm a bit confused about what constitutes man-made CO
2. When I breathe, is that man-made CO
2 (as opposed to a horse or a dog breathing)? If I light up a cigar, is that man-made CO
2 (as opposed to a forest fire)? I need some help here.

This is ridiculous. It could be technically true if the two sources have different mixes of carbon and oxygen isotopes, but not enough to make any relevant difference.

I get it, now!
Al is simply diversifying his portfilio of CC's.
