Anti-War Groups Seek Breakthrough Moment
Next Monday marks four years since the United States attacked Iraq. Anti-war groups are planning to protest the conflict over the next several days, at events in Washington, D.C., and around the country.
But the anti-war movement, while enjoying broader support than anti-war protests of the Vietnam era, is struggling to reach mainstream America.
Activists are organizing Web campaigns to pressure members of Congress. And Move On, a leader in the anti-war movement, has its own political action committee. Apparently, marching on the Pentagon with flowers is considered to be passe.

And to think they're doing this with our tax dollars.
...that alone is enough to make me want to puke.

"But the anti-war movement, while enjoying broader support than anti-war protests of the Vietnam era, is struggling to reach mainstream America."
They just KNOW that most people agree with them even though "mainstream America" hasn't been reached.
Typical Liberal logic. This is too funny!

They'll reveal their new strategy tomorrow morning: Shamrocks instead of flowers, and wearing green instead of pink, red, and grunge, for the next few days. That way all St. Patrick's Day parades and events automatically become re-interpreted by MSM as "MoveOn" events.

I'll break something for them. Who's up first and what is the preference, an arm or a leg?

Your headline: At first I wasn't sure whether you were using "pimps" as a noun or a verb, but then I thought, it's NPR, so it really doesn't make any difference! Moonbat politics notwithstanding, it is the NPR smugness and rank intolerance I cannot abide.

Did they mention homosexuals? It's just not NPR without some mention of the homosexual agenda.

And to think they're doing this with our tax dollars. I've written my senator in the past protesting the one-sidedness of public-affairs programming on PBS and the political slant at NPR and asked her to vote to defund CPB completely, on the grounds that the whole thing has become politicized by left-wing termites.
