1. If homosexuality is not immoral please give us an example of something that is... certainly not older, married men taking advantage of dumb, overweight starry-eyed you girls (i.e., interns) that has already been established as acceptable conduct.

2. "And then let the uniform code of military justice determine if conduct is inappropriate or unbecoming"... totally clueless. If you make conduct that is inappropriate under the UCMJ appropriate there is nothing to determine. You can't charge someone under the UCMJ with an offense that is no longer an offense. This woman has a law degree from Yale? She must have missed the class where they taught the relationship between statues and prosecution.
