Hugo Hernandez - an illegal Guatemalan immigrant who sneaked back into the U.S. after being deported for attacking six cops in New Jersey - stabbed Cruz after the cop spotted him and his pal Andy Batista smoking in the subway station about 11 p.m., police said.

Lax immigration enforcement created this situation. These illegals had no fear of being caught and deported (again).

Let's see, here's one illegal Guatemalen who's managed to attack 7 cops on two illegal stays here. Yet, we still have a President who goes to both Guatemala and Mexico and panders to those who want even easier entry for their underclass.
