As you can see from my history here, I've been a supporter of your father for several years. It started a few years back, when Rep. Duncan Hunter visited Yuma, and a friend back there alerted me to his background. I have been a fan and have watched him in politics ever since.
I cannot tell you what a shock it was to hear him announce his running for the 2008 candidacy. I don't know that I ever thought he would someday run -- but did, he is, and we are going to help him get into the White House! I probably ought to change my tagline. I think I've had it since last summer.

That's a good question. It seems likely that he won't wait, since he has already promised to pardon them "first thing." And it would be a good idea, too, since they are likely to die before their appeal rights are exhausted.
