According to the Encampment to Stop The War (an ANSWER activity), there will be a protest at Walter Reed at 3 PM on Thursday, March 15th. More information is at:

Also, the moonbats will be protesting the AIPAC conference on Monday at 7 PM.
Heads up... Ping your lists!!!

Here are the Moonbat's schedule of events...

If you want to protest outside a military base, more power to you, but leave the wounded alone. They don't need this crap.
I know you are new to FR but every Friday night FReepers have been standing outside of WR showing signed of support and encouragement to our wounded heroes.
This is why I am bringing this up. The left has lost all their blooddances outside of Walter Reed on Friday nights because of the great job the DC Freepers do (and the fact that Code Pinko forgot to renew their permit :). Hopefully, the DC Chapter of FreeRepublic and early comers for the Gathering of Eagles can put something together for Thursday afternoon to protect Walter Reed from the pond scum of ANSWER.

This is completely pissing me off. What on earth is wrong with these twisted people?
WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE TO BE WALTER REED FOR GOD'S SAKE?????
Why can't they go protest outside the White House, outside the Capitol Building, outside the Pentagon?
Lately, I have been closely examining my viewpoints to try and determine if I have become too harsh. Much has been written about civil debate between opposing sides on issues, and I am all for civil debate. But my blood begins to boil when they continually decide it is somehow critical to ensure the patients at Walter Reed and Employees at Walter Reed are cognizant of their opposition to the war!
I KNOW how the soldiers feel about those people out there...many of the Freepers who spend every Friday night there forcing the moonbats off of the intersection in front of Walter Reed know it better than I do.
Heck, the MOONBATS know how the troops feel about them, it is why they always bug out and leave before the troops arrive back on the busses from their Friday night out. Most of the recovering troops really do not appreciate it, and I will venture that is a vast understatement.
So why, besides being selfish and hateful, DO THEY DO IT? IS IT JUST ME?????
I was completely unaware that FReepers were out there combatting this. I can recall seeing photos of Code Pink outside of WR and it makes me sick.
Thank you, one and all. I worry about my soldiers, and when we go over next year, I worry about their care when I won't be there. Every medic wants to know that his people are taken care of, and I know that every medic out there would want to say "Thank You" for watching over our wounded
I apologize for that rant. God, just sitting here my blood literally started to boil. Gotta cool down.
Thanks for the heads up
Hey. Thanks for your service...we cannot help the troops like you can, but we will do our part to make sure that the moonbats are not the only ones heard.
By Thursday, there should be thousands of patriotic Americans in DC for the Gathering of Eagles rally. A counter demonstration is in order. The Liberals need to see and hear patriotic Americans outside WR. What a morale boost for the wounded if they could see and hear thousands of Americans shouting, We Support The Troops.
Here's a link to the March 6 rally held at Walter Reed as a counter to Code Pink. I think the DC freepers have been there every Friday night for over a year, now.

Thanks for the heads up. We'll be there.
I think you meant that to soldier medic, and yes I too welcome him to FR.
Of course I did--and thanks! My feebled brain doesn't seem to work as well as it did 50 or so years ago.
DC Chapter has been defending the wounded at WRAMC for 98 weeks. Start with this report http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1796056/posts and work your way back.
I hate the first week of DST
