Video's that have made it out to their intended destination...that is?.....Sometimes video's are put out for other purposes (internal use)...or they just don't happen to make it to their intended destination....

Additionally video's themselves are vastly overrated. Zarqawi for example never put out one video in his years running around killing and causing chaos in Iraq...(the only video that was ever released...was only done so after our shooters had confiscated a copy of it several weeks earlier).

al Qeada has designated Zawahiri as their main PR / Message man......UBL putting out videos serves only the purpose of putting himself at further risk.
