The enemy within. Try him and fry him.

BTW, NOBODY who has changed their Western name to a Muslim name should be in a sensitive position or given access to sensitive materials. Ever.

I agree.

Nor, anyone who has changed his last name from a muslime one to a Western one. In this case, the muslime could be a mole.

Phoenix, Phoenix, Phoenix. How many times is that going to come up? Remember the flying Imams. They were the Phoenix chapter.

A former US sailor stopped for espionage for the Al-Qaïda account

WASHINGTON - a former member of the American navy was stopped to have provided to an Internet site close to Al-Qaïda of information having milked with movements of ships of US Navy and to their weak points, indicated Wednesday evening the American legal authorities.

Hassan Abujihaad, alias Paul R. Hall, was stopped in Phoenix (Arizona, south-west), shown to have provided information on a squadron of US Navy engaged in missions against organization Al-Qaïda and the Afghan talibans, with the Azzam publications based in London like with the Azzam.com site, specified the authorities in an official statement.

Hall should be transferred soon to New Haven (Connecticut, the North-East), where it will be judged, specifies the text.

This arrest is closely related to a business of terrorism implying two British related to Azzam, whose site circulated on waiters in Connecticut, and who promotes the jihad (combat) and the support for the moujahidine and Al-Qaïda in Afghanistan.

The two British are the subject of a request for extradition on behalf of the American authorities.

The department of Justice specified that Abujihaad had provided the information classified secret defense on the movements of ships of its group between California and the Gulf whereas it was used for the Middle East on board the USS Benfold in 2000-2001.

Among the provided documents were reproduced a maintenance on the low capacities of attack lent to the squadron, which was then on mission of reinforcement of the sanctions against the mode taliban and on mission against organization Al-Qaïda of Usama Bin Laden.

Abujihaad, which left US Navy in January 2002, is in particular shown to have provided material and resources to Azzam by knowing that they could be used to attack Americans and to have provided secrecies defense to people not - authorized.

It risks 25 years of prison.

According to the American department of Justice, in 2003, the British police force discovered a hard disk containing classified information secret defense whereas it carried out a searching with the London residence of Babar Ahmad, one of the persons in charge for Azzam.

During the investigation, another person in charge, Syed Talha Ahsan, were apprehended.

The investigators then discovered emails between Abujihaad and Azzam in which the sailor evoked gifts, expressed his hatred against the United States and rented Ben Laden and October 2006 against American ship USS Cole attacks, qualified “operation martyr”.

The explosion of a inflatable boat trapped with two people on her board had caused the death of 17 American sailors on board Cole in October 2000 in the wearing of Aden, in Yemen.

Ahmad and Ahsan, officially shown in 2004 by the American authorities in Connecticut of conspiracy and support for individuals engaged in terrorist operations, were stopped in London, in waiting of a possible extradition towards the United States.

Keel-haul.

On an airplane?

That could be interesting.

But using the copper bottom of the USS Constitution might yield good results, without killing the douche bag before he can talk.

OTOH, a weirdo like this one might actually like that.

The Constitution provides for that Congress may set the penalty for treason. They did so long ago, in a less PC time. That penalty is death.
