WELLESLEY, Mass. The senior thesis of Hillary D. Rodham, Wellesley College class of 1969, has been speculated about, spun, analyzed, debated, criticized and defended. But rarely has it been read, because for the eight years of Bill Clintons presidency it was locked away.
As forbidden fruit, the writings of a 21-year-old college senior, examining the tactics of radical community organizer Saul D. Alinsky, have gained mythic status among her critics a Rosetta Stone, in the words of one, that would allow readers to decode the thinking of the former first lady and 2008 presidential candidate.
Despite the fervent interest in the thesis, few realize that it is no longer kept under lock and key. As MSNBC.com found, it is available to anyone who visits the archive room of the prestigious womens college outside Boston. With Clintons opponents in the 2008 presidential race looking for the next Swift Boat attack ad, and the senator herself trying to cast off her liberal image, Clinton's 92-page thesis is certain to be read and reread by opposition researchers and reporters visiting the campus.

But, there's a record of Hillary's intentions and actions ~~ radical socialism/power hunger, cloaked in a fake smile and useful tool husband.
She's not deviated far from her thesis .. it's just that there's so much radical rhetoric thrust about in the arena these days, hers may seem innocuous ~~ especially being coached in softer politicalspeak now.
Don't doubt the deadly seriousness of her intentions for ONE moment.
So next Monday at 9AM I'll be at their office and will,I assume,be handed the one and only copy available to the public.
I understand that copying is not allowed but that one can take notes...so I'll do my best and report back.
Backfire? Feel free to send some 2007 links when you have time, then media emails of those who will report it after column verifications.
You just stated re: Hillarycare that the socialist ideals are still there... so in this case it's relevant and not a past phase.
Maybe you're right. Just like we shouldn't care about her flouncing/breaking the law re: Nixon impeachment/many scandals/FBI files... etc.. I'm sure that was then and this is now. Let's not look at the Black Panthers she used to represent, FALN or anything else... a phase maybe. Maybe we need to look at who the cream of the MSM happens to be now... ex Clinton folks or network owners who throw fundraisers for her.
The same way she came out and said to the anti-war folks a couple years ago "I've studied this for a decade, it has to be done" re: Saddam, it has an effect on what she says now.
We have to know the whole person as well as her record (which would never reach the MSM btw). Have you witnessed in print or the MSM talking head shows that she never attended one memorial/funeral after 9/11, that her hubby didn't think it important to visit WT in '93... or where all that money went from the fed for 9/11?
Oh, but we spent plenty of time addressing smears from the left re: ANG docs, gay daughters and any past real or imagined subject (small pertaining to the real danger). Worked out real nice during this last election, didn't it?
We have terrorist attacks all over the world... do you see them in the MSM? No... it's all about Iraq's death count, as if that's the only theater in the WOT (The Stan recently... only because Cheney lived). Responsible reporting. I guess the Path to 9-11 was a waste as well... why relive that? Who cares if nothing was being done, right? Who cares if she was there at the time... she wasn't president.
But I feel a moonbat twinge coming on re: her past.
I usually dig... and post new info as well;
Not now, i'll just scour for news everyday that may show Hillary's record and gives a true picture of her as senator on the hill and here in NY. I'll post the soundbites of the day by AP and the MSM from Hillary and take them as gospel, and let the polls fall where they may.
I wouldn't want to worry that 'people think' we have nothing else. s/
Awesome! Please ping me when you report.

Madame Hillarys Frightening Proposal [Larry Kudlow]
If Hillary Clinton recognizes that the Shanghai flu currently infecting U.S. and world markets was in part caused by rumors of a capital gains tax increase in China, then why doesnt she apply that same logic to tax policy here in the United States?
Because just as sure as day follows night, Hillary will undoubtedly try to raise tax rates on capital gains and dividends by not extending the Bush tax cuts if she were elected president.
Similarly, Hillarys idea that this stock market correction is caused by too many Chinese or foreign purchases of U.S. bonds is pure insanity. In addition, her ridiculous claim that trade deficits are causing this correction is equal insanity.
Mrs. Clinton cited Sen. Byron Dorgans bill, which would trigger some kind of punitive action if our trade deficit exceeds 5 percent of GDP, and if foreign bond ownership exceeds 25 percent of GDP. Well heres a news flash: Our trade gap today is already 7 percent of GDP and the economy has been prosperous for years.
Foreign owned Treasury bonds are only 16 ½ percent of GDP. Who really cares? Foreigners own $2.2 trillion of our bonds. Compare that to $54 trillion of family wealth.
And whats more, OPEC and China only own 20 percent ($450 billion) of total foreign ownership. The lions share is actually owned by Britain, Japan, and other clear U.S. allies. These countries own the other 80 percent ($1.8 trillion).
So wheres the great threat?
All this bluster from Mrs. Clinton reeks of trade protectionism and capital controls. It belongs in a third world statist economy like Hugo Chavezs Venezuela. Its Pat Buchanan/Lou Dobbs stuff that would be devastating to the U.S. and world economy.
Mrs. Clinton has positioned herself substantially to the left of her husband on these issues. She will be laughed out of the ballpark by the left liberal academic community. In fact, moderate Democrats of the Jason Furman ilk, dont even agree with this extremist nonsense.
Try to imagine the United States imposing capital controls. And try to imagine the United States trying to deglobalize from the world economy.
Thats as dumb as well, nationalized, socialized healthcare, or seizing oil company profits.

Of Course I meant THANKS BACKHOE!!!
Just last month, an anonymous commentator lamented on the conservative Web site Free Republic, "She's a Marxist. Saul Alinsky's student. I sure wish we could unearth that sealed thesis of hers that she wrote at Wellesley."
LOL --- good thing I didn't make my usual typos, huh?
LOL!
But can he plagarize and photoshop? Those are the all around qualities I look for.
I envy you in the big leagues omyx!

Did anyone find this out before Barbara died????
It would be interesting, but many people were radicals in their youth and turned sensible in their older years.
Hillary on the other hand is a stalinist now and always was.
You were letter pre-fect ... hehehe.
I'm almost completely computer illiterate and neither have nor could figure out how to operate a hand held scanner...even if one was allowed. What I've read about this suggests that "fair use" might be in force with this document so we'll see what happens.
I was seriously considering pulling a Sandy Burgler on Monday but with my luck the Gay State's new Maoist Attorney General and Maoist,Clintonista Governor would deal with me far more harshly than was 'Ole Sandy.
(If any Wellesley College management types are watching....ONLY KIDDING!)
Thank you. How did you find it?
I agree to a point. But I also know that handling Hillary at times will be more complex than any of us think.
Recall when she was running against Rick Lazio for her first term in the Senate. Lazio was actually making headway until he proved too confrontational in the debates and people felt like he was "bullying poor little Hillary". My point is that an aggressive campaign has to be run against her but the approach has to be adjusted for a small woman in a pretty pastel pant suit.
Her thesis is apparently embargoed for complete copying or dissemination, BUT "Readers can copy only a few pages."
96 pages, divided by 3 pages per reader, makes 32 visits. Randomly spaced out over a year, it would probably blend right in with those whose interest was sparked by the article.
I don't live in the area, but are there any folks interested in coordinating their visits?
Heck no. I do not want to be audited or found dead in Ft. Marcy Park.......lol.
