"FITNA - controversy amongst the jihadi faithful..."
ARTICLE SNIPPET: "...as jihadi satellite TV station al-Zawra is accused of 'stealing' jihadi videos from the internet and broadcasting them as though they were exclusive to the station."
My only concern is though, is the amount of space garbage that's already up there in outer space.

OSINT - Jihadis preparing to engage the IDF?
They are at least gathering information about IDF communications equipment.
The information they have gathered so far is probably a lot less interesting than the fact that they are making this effort.

You have such a understated way of wording things Godzilla :-)

Someone left a pipe bomb in the landscaping along Occidental Road, Santa Rosa police reported. The home-made bomb was found Tuesday at about 2:45 p.m. along the 2100 block of Occidental. It was found near a sidewalk, said Sgt. Mike Lazzarini.
Officers blocked off the street to cars and pedestrians while the Sonoma County Sheriffs Department bomb squad was called. Bomb officers rendered the four-inch galvanized steel device safe. It wasnt known how long it was there and officers had no suspect information.

Pipe Bomb Devices Found At Columbia College (California)
Tuesday, March 13, 2007
Columbia, CA -- Law Enforcement is currently on the scene at Columbia College due to a bomb scare. Tuolumne County Sheriff's Lt. Dan Bressler says four pipe bomb devices have been found. He says they are located in the brush area between the dormitories and the motorcycle parking area on campus.
Bressler says the area has been secured, and the Calaveras County Bomb Squad has been called in to assist. Classes are still in session at Columbia. Law enforcement will not do anything with the bomb devices until activity quiets down. Bressler says it appears the bomb devices have been there for a while because they are showing signs of weathering.

Police announce arrests, confessions in Ain Alaq bus bombings (Lebannon)
March 14, 2007
Four people in Lebanese custody have confessed to involvement in the February 13 Ain Alaq twin bus bombing that left three people dead and 24 wounded, Interior Minister Hassan Sabaa said on Tuesday.
" We have arrested four Syrian nationals, and one is still at large," he told a press conference. " Through the use of sensitive information, we were led" to the suspects.
Those arrested are said to be members of the Fatah al-Islam extremist group, an offshoot from a Syrian-backed Palestinian group, Fatah al-Intifada. " Fatah al-Islam is part of Fatah al-Intifada, and we all know where their loyalties lie," said Sabaa.

LG making mobile phones in Iran
AP SEOUL
LG Electronics Inc. said Tuesday it has started producing handsets in Iran with a local partner.
Production started this month, and the facility can make 1 million phones a year, LG spokeswoman Judy Pae said. Pae said she could not identify the Iranian partner or provide other details of the production arrangement or even the facility's location in Iran.
Maadiran Group, which describes itself as Iran's leading technology and office automation company, said on its website in a Feb. 17 press release that it began producing five models of handsets under license from LG Electronics, the world's fifth-largest manufacturer of mobile phones.
Iran's Minister of Industries and Mines Alireza Tahmasebi attended a ceremony marking the start of the phone production, the release said.

Ondiep, a working class neighbourhood in the Dutch town of Utrecht, is in turmoil. After the death last Sunday of Rinie Mulder, a 54-year old indigenous Dutchman who was shot by a police officer, non-immigrant citizens went on a rampage, burning cars, looting shops and arsoning a community centre in inverted Paris style riots. According to our sources the police officer who killed Mulder is a woman of Moroccan origin.
The Ondiep residents have been complaining for months about harassment and intimidation by immigrant youths of Moroccan origin. The Dutch mainstream media do not go into much detail about what is going on. Most of them do not mention the ethnicity of the victim and the police officer, though the riots clearly have an ethnic nature.
Apparently Mulder intervened when Muslim youths harassed a pregnant native Dutch woman. He was able to grab the knife of one of the youths. When the police arrived Mulder was shot because he had raised the knife. Witnesses say Mulder was indicating to the police that he had called for them.
Locals claim the police has failed to protect them for years. They say the authorities are afraid of the immigrants and tolerate their criminal behaviour. After the death of Mulder the indigenous Dutch decided they had had enough and started riots which went on for two continuous nights. The police made 130 arrests: 60 of them are Ondiep residents. According to the mainstream media the others are mainly football hooligans from other parts of the country. Annie Brouwer-Korf, the Socialist mayor of Utrecht, has ordered Ondiep to be sealed off from the rest of town to keep non-residents out. She expressed some sympathy for the frustrated Ondiep residents. I understand that residents are sometimes upset about the nuisance around their own house and neighbourhood. That does you no good whatsoever.
