MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Some experts said a Republican presidential candidate might be violating campaign finance laws with the TV ads he's running in New Hampshire.
U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter of California is running ads that feature him walking near the U.S.-Mexico border. Hunter's Peace Through Strength political action committee has paid more than $17,000 for the ads, which call for the border fence to be extended.
The ad asks viewers to visit the political action committee's Web site. The PAC's Web site then asks visitors to visit Hunter's campaign site. Lawyers said the situation could be interpreted as an endorsement and a violation of campaign finance laws. Click here to find out more!
The PAC's spokesman said the ad is an issue ad and is not intended to be an ad for Hunter's presidential bid.
The dreaded "some experts" are at it again.
I doubt Hunter is fretting much.

'Experts' are just a way for a 'journalist' to insert bias into a report.
Funny how 'expert' opinions never seem to gibe with conservative views.
He shouldn't, this will actually help get his name out there. A 'scandal' jockeyed by expert opinions.
Which law is that? I have lot track.
Yep, especially if he gets name recognition because of an ad that shows him to be tough on border security. ......a highly popular position among the electorate.
I sense a stirring in the Illegal Labor Wing of the Business Community, in league with the Atzlan Legal Defense Forces--
the Congressman is making someone angry...
Exactly. People will be more concerned with what the ad says. So if the 'scandal' brings attention to it, so be it.
Duncan Hunter is obviously making other candidates (both Democrats and Republicans) VERY NERVOUS, otherwise there would have been no reason for this hit piece.
I love it :)

The experts are still debating it. Someone will get back to us on it. ;)
Some experts say mankind is causing global warming.
Some experts say that the bones of Jesus Christ and his family have been found.
Some experts say that Islam is a religion of peace.
Is that your expert opinion?
I also doubt "experts" when they're not named specifically. I smell RATS at the trough.
I remember hearing that people were openly smoking marijuana at Dennis Kucinich's campaign rallies and that never got a front page hit piece because nobody gave Kucinich a real chance. Hit pieces are reserved exclusively for viable candidates, otherwise the public would tire of them.
