Sure he has... but he's not moving to a smaller house to reduce the carbon footprint. It wouldn't be an issue if he lived as he preached.

Someone please explain this "buying carbon offsets" that Gore and his Hollywooder pals do to "counteract" all their energy overuse.

What a fat, hypocritical douchebag. Honestly, I don't think there is anyone in American politics more despicable than Albert Gore.
Yep. I've always felt Gore is the worst of them all, and that's saying something. Nobody as smarmy and obviously full of sh*t as he.

It means it is okay to pollute as long as you are rich enough to pay someone else to clean up the mess you are making.

Kyoto Accord in a nutshell.
To: Yaelle
You pay someone else to not create the CO2 that you will use.
For instance, if I want to burn a 60w light bulb for an hour a day, I can pay someone else to not burn one an hour a day, or plant a tree to eat up that CO2, or some other such BS.
It's a great racket - I think I'm going to start a business like this, to get paid for *not* doing something.

Don't kid yourself for a second that libs haven't already thought of this racket for profiting from the alarmism.
