I totally agree with you.
Very well said.
You put your finger directly on their gross hypocrisy.
You might want to wash your hands...

Sigh!!! You are quoting someone else with the "seventy five or eighty percent." I have NO idea what your're talking about...I never said those words about anyone. Please post to the right person and stop embarrassing yourself. It's in the Reagan quote you posted. Do try and pay attention to the actual meaning of what you post.

It's in the Reagan quote you posted. Do try and pay attention to the actual meaning of what you post. Learn how to quote...it was the Reagan quote about Conservatives. I never said any percentages about Giuliani...and you know it. I never mentioned the NAME Giuliani.

As has been explained to you, they do not hold the same positions. Secondly, equating the ambition and venom that Hillary represents to Giuliani is not only laughable, but spits on the research that BKO did.
Ivan, with all due respect, you live 3,500 miles away from where Mr. Giuliani was mayor. I live less than 80 miles away. I've had the opportunity to watch him up close -- and I don't want him anywhere near the levers of power in this country. He'll effectively make the GOP into the Conservative Party in Britain. An ineffective, impotent shell of a formerly great political movement. Politicians of Mr. Giuliani's ilk have done exactly that here in New Jersey and the result is that the Democrats take over everywhere with a positively pathetic opposition party that just as often works with them.
Is that what you want to see by 2012? I don't. I want the GOP to offer a robust choice and a strong alternate vision to the socialist globalists. I want them to speak with a firm voice on international affairs like they once did.
In 1992 (and especially after 1998), Republicans claimed that character mattered. Well, now we're going to see if that really is true, or if it was just a campaign slogan from the party hacks blowing some up our @sses.
Character matters. Support Hunter!

Do try to keep up, and try to understand how what you post bears on the subject at hand. Then you won't be so confused when people respond to your posts.

You will not silence me nor the others. That's nice, however as a lifelong resident of the Northeast USA I'm sick of these type of politicians. The term for RINO in New York State is Rockefeller Republican and that's exactly what Giuliani is. He may be a nice guy but conservatives got better choices than him.
To: MadIvan
Out of the present declared candidates, Giuliani stands the best chance of defeating the Democrat. Polls posted here consistently show that he leads over the Democrat contenders.
Ivan now honestly. Do you know what a "push poll" is? Do you know that the media in this country uses polling to influence opinion? Don't you realize that the MSM wants Rudy to be the candidate so badly because he has a ton of baggage and will be easy pickings for any Democrat? The most politically savvy liberal I know laughed when he heard that Rudy was the front-runner. "Are you guys nuts?" he said. "He's the only one Hillary can beat!" And he hates Hillary.
If you're basing your support for Giuliani on meaningless polls a full 19 months out from the general election--stop. You're living in a fool's paradise created by our media.

Evie is a fifth columnist disruptor and you are an example of the stooge who he finds useful. Laugh all you like, but it does sound slightly demented.

While I think it's extremely unlikely we'd end up with a primary election ballot where the two choices are Hunter & Rudy, such a scenario is a no-brainer.
Hunter.
