If a judge can somehow come to the conclusion that the first amendment allows you to walk around on public streets with no clothes, like I think one state judge in Maryland or Connecticut did, than surely this would fall under the first amendment.

As I've not heard or seen the 'pickaninny' thing before I'll not comment on that, but as for the rest of it...please people...try to relax just a bit. It's not a hate crime (yet) to admire the silhouette of a woman.

I'm offended by the gay culture I see on TV and in todays magazines, etc, but I don't think many are concerned about it. Not PC to be offended by them. Also, I must call them gays, not fags, so as not to offend THEM.
