I for one am not defending what he said, and I doubt it if most others here are doing so. What I am frustrated with is the hypocritical reaction of the left in regards to a person's 'rights' to say what they want.

The left was up in arms at the response to the Dixie Chicks comments and bestowed a much undeserved Emmy on them.

These are the same people that then force through public pressure the NBA to remove this man from NBA related activities.

They can't have it both ways (but they do).

I am unclear as to why you seem to deny that argument and assert our comments as a defense of what was said.
