Typically I feel it's important to respect the presidency and I don't think I've ever before openly said anything so ugly about a public figure, but I just finished re-reading Hillary's Secret War for which Jim Robinson wrote the foreward and early internet sites like FR are featured, and I'm fuming.

That was a looong run-on sentence. LOL

...doesn't upset me and yes, you noticed I said he is not a definitive conservative on some issues....I like Rudy but I have not decided my vote yet....way too far to go.... his stance on guns and abortion bother me....his stance on the WOT and taxes I like....it will depend on who else is truly running.....I know this, I'd vote for Rudy or Mitt before McCain...that is for sure

My burning wish is to live long enough to make the trek to wherever Clinton is buried and spit on it.

I guess that makes you one of them there "compassionate conservatives."

After looking at what the Democrats have in store for the future, and their candidates, there is no other option.

We MUST WIN. No other choice.

Haven't you been told that winning with Rudy is not winning anything?

his stance on guns and abortion bother me...

he's on the WRONG side of these two LIFE-or-DEATH issues, the RIGHT to LIFE, and the RIGHT to keep and bear arms - a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT, no less...

and it just "bothers" you?

You, like MANY of us citizens, should be OUTRAGED, and it should cause you to say, "There is NO way I can, in good conscience, vote for this man for the highest office in the land".

...I agree..unlike some whiny FReepers who won't vote if their "man" isn't chosen, I'll vote for any Repub against the likes of Hillary or Obama.....at all costs...hell, I'd even vote for McCain over them though I would have to hold my nose

..John Bolton is a good man--some people wanted to kill him today for his critique of the President's N. Korea policy though...

Thanks for clarifying all he lies that are being told regarding that incident.

From someone who was there.....the truth!

It amazes me that anyone can equate battling cancer with bailing out of a race, total ignorance. And I do place the blame on the NYS Republican Party, they were useless after Rudy dropped out.

....if you want my to use stronger words than I will, but I also try and figure out what the Pres can do on certain issues....the Pres has alot more influence on the WOT than on abortion etc....hell, alot bothers me. Bush on spending and immigration bothers me.....and I thought I was voting for a conservative....if there is one conservative out there you agree with 100% and that can win.....then go for it......

Most reasonable people understand we are in the fight of our life not just in the WOT but against Hillary as well. I trust Rudy to fight that battle, however I too will vote for whomever is the Republican nominee... yes, even for McCain although it will be painful!
