As individuals the bloggers and participants at places like FreeRepublic (if any other institutes of such quality ever emerge, as FR really is unique) aren't neutral, whether right or left. However, as an institution the net based new media IS the neutral party, when taken as a whole. It doesn't take reporting with no point of view, it take reporting from all points of view to present a true picture. If all of the versions are out there I firmly believe that truth will out.
This is news to me, Laverne.
Yeah, Pincus is in the Plame joke knee deep.
What Dem talking points did he publish?
Hoyer says the dems are backing off their promise to allow the Pubbies to offer alternates to the resolution the dems will prepose.
Boehner is giving the big picture of failure in Iraq. Says the terrorists will follow us here. Victory is our only option.
The news people at local radio stations would report that Bigfoot and Elvis were spotted at a Denny's just as long as someone handed them a script with that info.
I note the move of Rowan Scarborough with interest. I need to check on that Washington Examiner...they obviously value good reporting, since they hired Bill Sammon.
I had the same thing happen. Wasn't so lucky about not having a car in there.
I sat and listened to his "coming out" speech yesterday and was flabberghasted.
Here's a nobody up and pontificating to be the next president and every day I think...NAH...America is surely smarter than this, right? Then I look at those vapid supporters all cheering Obama like he's Christ come again.
Tell me....nah...America's not that stupid, right?
Hoyer also runs for cover by scheduling the vote for Friday with the hope it doesn't get the heavy media attention if would draw during the weekday news cycle. Coward....in so many ways....
A real profile in courage these Dems are. /s
It IS annoying MM.
Actually, Valentine's Day as a whole is annoying.
However, give those Vermont people credit. Also those pajama gram people. God Bless America. They found a market and they exploited it. Run a little ad and boom, we've got stockholders and a place in the S&P!
Well, Fishtalk, Kelly Wright was reading the comments on the Anna Nichole Smith site...protestations of how people will love her forever and how they already miss her, and so I must sadly tell you that a fair number of Americans ARE that stupid!
&&&Now they gladly label republicans with minority labels.&&&
^^^^^
Of course! These people make their living using words. They know exactly what words to use!
Hoyer looks like the guy who sold me my last car. The salesman, to his credit, was a lot more straightforward and less cheesey than Hoyer.
Thanks for the great nuggets Anita, and especially the last sentence which gave me a hearty chuckle this morning! :-)
Thank you, that explains it all.
Boehner comes out swinging. Says you have no plan for success and you have said this is just a first step...
Boehner got a big warning from Hugh Hewitt to behave or else.
Man the stuff I am learning about garage doors that I just never knew.
You're right though. I am lucky cause that is one BIG spring that broke. For all the damned noise, it appears that no damage was done.
