(CNSNews.com) - Weeks after accusing President Bush of "shameful" behavior over the imprisonment of two Border Patrol agents who shot an unarmed suspected drug smuggler along the U.S.-Mexico border, a federal lawmaker turned up the heat further Wednesday, suggesting the president should be impeached if either of the two men is murdered in prison.

Jane Harman. Who's yours?
It is quite possible to me that Weldon was tossed overboard because of his pursuit of the "Able-Danger" thing. Lots of suggestions point in that direction. If one examined the facts, one would conclude that lots of highly placed official energy was devoted to suppress lots of honest "Able-Danger" efforts to protect this country and discover evil doers and evil plots among us. And Weldon was brave enough to challenge the efficacy and expose the mendacity of the do nothing shit bags occupying government even now, during the great BUSH REVOLUTION.
The failure of the War on Terror is implied in the very name for it. It is a refusal to recognize and to name the enemy and has become a refusal to actually fight the enemy. Instead we get bogged down in pacification of an area that doesn't even matter strategically. We need bases and assets in Iraq. It doesn't matter whether the Iraqis or the Persians or anyone else comes to love us in order to have bases there. The enemy in large is Resurgent Islam. The enemy immediate is Iran and if Iran is not dealt with severely and soon the enemy immediate will continue to expand and will grow to encompass a larger and larger portion of the Islamic world, will grow toward being the enemy in large, all Islam.
They should only hire Americans.
9/11/2001 until today...borders still open. Apparently Mr. Bush doesn't take the War on Terror seriously either if it interferes with his agreements with his beloved Mexico and his globalist masters. We have been sold out.
Not closely at all, but then one does not have to read or listen to every nuance of this or any case in order to respect the Constitutional separation of powers. What set me off is the monumentally stupid thread by one or two California congressmen to impeach the President if he doesn't violate the separation of powers doctrine in this case.
Who do you think you're kidding?
The media have done their best to cover this up. We have only one honest news source left, Worldnetdaily. Without them we'd be mushrooms.
It's not where they do their business, it's where they place their loyalty. Open your eyes.
I'll ask you again.
So you agree that the illegal immigrant invasion is a big problem? Yes or no?
Same with Eisenhower. He would have had that border locked down on 9/12.
Duncan Hunter is the one calling for Bureau of Prisons Director Harley Lappin to be fired.
Way to go!!
Diane Watson. Across the street: Jane Harman.
Do you think it is okay that HLS lied to get these men convicted?
I have lost a lot of affection and even respect, ever since MIERS, then the BORDER STILL WIDE OPEN, really - and NOW this... I can only think that the man is simple ARROGANT and it makes me wonder as to his judgement...I am sorry to say.
But Hunter is reponsible for covering up Cunningham's misdeeds?
I see an inconsistency here.
I don't know -- however, I also don't have any information against which to compare the matter. Transcripts are the responsibility of the trial judge. Although I don't know how it works in federal courts, in many state and municipal courts, people who want transcripts have to pay a fee to get them.
If it's true that the transcripts are not available yet, is this a norm for that court? That judge? Is it at all unusual? Was there a problem with the court reporter? Illness, perhaps? Has the judge ordered them sealed? If yes, why?
You see, I at least would try to understand the entire set of facts before jumping to a conclusion that there is only a nefarious explanation. And I do my own thinking. I don't let talk radio, internet blogs, or people on forums such as this do my thinking for me.
I have four words for you: LT COL Anthony Shaffer.
