"Hardball" host Chris Matthews lurched even further off the deep end on Wednesdays "Imus in the Morning." After praising the great job Rudy Giuliani did in cleaning up New York City which Matthews again suggested was done with just a pinch of fascism the MSNBC star went on a rant declaring how hes sick of southern guys with ranches running this country.
Losing control, Matthews dropped the F-bomb on national television: I want a guy to run for President who doesnt have a fucking Im sorry, a ranch. As host Don Imus began to snicker, Matthews plowed ahead with his Democratic talking points: Wouldnt that be good, Don, a guy who wasnt on the ranch during Katrina, he was on the street corner answering questions?

Radio listeners were spared Matthews cursing, but no such luck for those watching the MSNBC simulcast. After saying goodbye to Matthews about three minutes later, Imus and his crew mocked their MSNBC colleague. MSNBC's on-screen file photo of Matthews was altered to include a black censor bar over his mouth. Executive Producer Bernard McGuirk suggested Matthews was the sort who would put on a diaper and drive 900 miles to abduct Dick Cheney or somebody, and someone else offered that hes crazy.
Imus was the diplomat: But isnt that what we like about him? I love his energy, his passion.
Heres the transcript of Matthews comments, which happened at about 7:45 ET.
We love good mayors because we love our cities and Giuliani is the city guy, and Im so sick of southern guys with ranches running this country. I want a guy to run for president who doesnt have a fucking Im sorry, a ranch. Wouldnt that be good, Don, a guy who wasnt on the ranch during Katrina, he was on the street corner answering questions?
Looks more like the Branch Davidian compound.
"I'd rather have a president who rides horses than a president that rides whores."
Right you are!
One of the last commercials Jenning did had him making the statement that his job as anchor was to explain what the news meant.
I think that's a slur against Italians.
I'll never forget the night Gore gave his concession speech--Matthews nearly broke down and cried on camera...
Let's face it, he has about 300,000 viewers to O'reilly's 2.6 million.
He has to do something outragious to attrack attention.
Next he'll do a strip tease, or wear a thong or something.
God forbid if I interrupt her precious American Idol however.
I stopped watching that bloated gas bag years ago.
The guy's a no-class, slobbering old fool.

This fool and sloppy reprobate leftist can only maintain employment in a liberal dung heap of a media company. Otherwise, he would starve to death....

Most likely cause is hitting the POST button twice. Always watch the little green bars on the lower right to avoid the humiliation of double posts.
Impeach Chris!!!
Chris Mathews is on board with you.
"So, whats the FCC violation fine going to be?"
Maybe we should all email them and ask.

Maybe he's trying to get a Sirius radio deal like Stern?
What's an adult diaper between friends on a 900 mile drive (to PMSNBC studios)?
Answer: Depends.
Agreed! And what about fining the network?
